The staff of restaurant is so rude！ She did not well explain the rule of the drinking.

El clima no ha ayudado pero aun así lo hemos disfrutado.

For the first holiday in 13 years this hotel was most definitely the best I have been to in a long time. We had a junior suite on the first floor, it was very spacious almost apartment like, huge bed, spacious bathroom. The buffet food is amazing, some nights there was the same food but it always tasted really good, and the Al a carte was spectacular made me feel very welcomed. There are 3 pools but we sat closest to the spa and children's water park area as it wasn't over crowded or too noisy, and there was food and drink just a few feet away. The town is about 20-30 min walk but it's very scenic so feels very quick to walk to and from the town, not to mention the jet2 rep Angie was extremely helpful giving us a map and telling us all about stuff going on in the surrounding towns like salou, you can get a taxi boat from cambrill to salou for €10 each which was a huge deal and the buses run very often and are thankful air conditioned. It's a fantastic hotel cannot wait to go back

Well, what can I say… amazing. From the moment of getting off the transfer coach into the reception we had the best time. The staff were so nice and welcoming. We stayed in a junior suite (Room 2033) which was massive, huge bed and lots of space- robes and slippers and big towels provided!, our room was ground floor and facing the garden in the middle, we had our own patio area and grassed part, admittedly at first I wanted a big balcony higher up but honestly I fell in love with the little garden and niceness of it. Food was as expected all inclusive buffet which was full of choice- different theme nights such as Indian, Mexican, Chinese. There’s always something for everyone breakfast was great cooked food and continental too. Now I see below me that there is a review stating that staff were completely rude and I have to wholeheartedly disagree. We went as a family, me my husband and my son. ALL the staff were so nice, saying hello to my son being silly and friendly to him each time they past. AMAZING STAFF. All inclusive drinks were full of choice and my son took full advantage of having Cornettos everyday as these were included on AI! Pools were a bit cold but if you like a cold dip then might be for you. Ha ha All in all, a perfect stay. I truly recommend and please don’t pay full attention to negative reviews.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at Estival El Dorado. I rarely take to trip advisor to leave a review but felt it was necessary on this occasion to sing positive praise for this fabulous resort and it's wonderful staff. The resort is absolutely immaculate, the ground and cleaning staff work hard to keep on top of the place and are very friendly when doing so. The food was very consistent each day and was cooked well. The junior suites are spacious, I would recommend asking for ground floor in block two as rooms open out on to large grass area ideal for play. The bar staff are amazing and always smiling. Twister lollies and cornettos available throughout the day from both bar areas. Pool bar was brilliant, good food here also. Petra the Jet2 rep was very helpful and knowledgeable of the resort and surrounding area. Short walk (20/25 mins) along the sea front to the centre of Cambrills ( which is also spotless!) Only slight criticism is there is not enough shade at the splash park, no parasols where available but you could find the odd bit of shade under a tree. I wouldn't hesitate to return and hope to do so in the future. Well done team Estival El Dorado 🙌
