H10 Cambrils Playa

A lot of positives but rooms paper thin. Currently experiencing a party in 316. Last week we reported room much noise from the same room. But tonight was definitely a part and sounds like young children are involved. We are up at 530am for our tavmci to the airport..

We stayed for a week and upon arrival despite having knowledge that a baby was stopping in the room there was no cot in the room. This was at half past 4, we had to ask three times until a cot was delivered at half past 8, not an ideal start when you have been travelling all day. Same with timings of breakfast and dinner, 7 seems a little late in the evening to be eating with small children, as does 8 to be eating at breakfast and by this point there is a queue of cyclists demolishing the breakfast buffet. Whilst we were there, there were 3 or 4 very large groups of cyclists who pretty much dominate the bar and meal time (no chance of you getting a banana, a fried egg or a baguette with them around). Not much for kids to eat either just fish or salads so if you have kids this is probably not the place for you. Even I struggled some nights as there was little variety. Most times we had to warm our food in the microwaves positioned on the end of the buffet bar as it was cold, not sure if this is what they are for. Positives are the staff are really friendly and are always willing to help and the decor in the lobby and pool area and bar was comfortable and clean. Drinks are cheap. Doors of the rooms are noisy as there is no sound proofing on the doors but luckily most nights once the entertainment was finished they stayed in their rooms. Good hotel for the price but I probably would pay more next time and go elsewhere especially with children

We booked this hotel at the last minute to escape the weather in the UK. We are so glad we did as it was just perfect. All the staff were amazing and made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel was absolutely spotless. We don’t really like buffet food but could always find something nice to eat. Whilst sunbathing you can order delicious cocktails to your lounger and we have to mention Pablo who was great. Our room had everything we needed. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel, absolutely loved it at H10 Cambrils, have stayed many times and can't wait to return, the food is delicious and there is something for everyone...Ali and the animation team are just amazing.

Rooms facing the mountains lovely and breezy on an evening , 4th floor has good views ! All the staff were excellent at customer service and could not be more helpful , food excellent lots of choice and drinks reasonably priced , I would certainly visit again . Perhaps the only downside for us was children in and out of rooms letting doors slam . A note on the door saying close quietly would be welcome but that wasn’t any fault of the hotel. Going home tomorrow and can only say good things about the hotel

I love this hotel staff is very friendly Beds are comfortable Food in the restaurant is good plenty of choices for everyone and the same for breakfast Plenty of sunbeds around the pool You are about a 45-minute walk into Cambrils or the bus stop right outside the door . You can get a local bus outside the airport that would drop you outside the hotel and it costs about 3 euros Taxis are expensive so expect to pay 40 euros to the hotel

The hotel itself was very nice, the room was clean and cleaning service was amazing. Me and my boyfriend was there for 7 nights, half board. We had a good rest on the beach which is just one street away. There wasn’t much to do around the hotel, all the fun stuff was pretty far away which we had to take the bus going to Salou or Tarragona we also went there to eat as there wasn’t many places around the hotel. The staff at the hotel was kind especially Julia receptionist she was lovely and very helpful. Some bar staff was rude probably due to busy night. The food was average, I am personally a very fussy eater and ended up eating chips and vegetables every night. There was some food changes everyday although it wasn’t very tasty, there was a good choice in sea food as some people might like. The cakes were okay. There was a bike rental which we used and was actually nice experience to have a ride by the beach. This is a good place for older people to rest. If you are young and want to have fun then I don’t recommend coming here due to the lack of clubs and fun activities around.

Amazing staff, Very clean rooms, to be fair the entire hotel was immaculate. Breakfast lots choice from English to continental and everything in between...... they had real black pudding!! Lovely atmosphere Completely relaxed 5 mins from the beach. Minor moan,,,, I love my coffee having a "bean to cup" machine at home...... the coffee at breakfast was self service from a machine... not the best for me..... I am nit picking now though. Overall, highly recommend and would like to book again next year...

Just back from 7 nights in this hotel. From start to finish it was just amazing. Went half board, Breakfast and Dinner, options for everyone and really nice food. Stayed in 416 pool view, it was just beautiful. Room was cleaned every day, and spotless clean. Entertainment during the day and night was brilliant. Great fun. All the staff were really nice and helpful. Beach was literally 2 minutes away from the hotel and a little shop right next door. All in all, this hotel was fabulous and will definitely be back..
