Πραγματικά άθλιο. Το 2023 να υπάρχει τόσο κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Το air condition δεν λειτουργούσε με 38 βαθμούς έξω. Και όταν ζητήσαμε να κάνουν κάτι για αυτό,μας απάντησαν να κάνουμε την προσευχή μας. Τα μπάνια μυριζαν μούχλα,πετσέτες χεριών μας έδωσαν κάτι σαν ξεσκονοπανα. Αλλάξαμε 3 δωμάτια μέχρι να βρούμε ένα air condition να δουλεύει. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά του υπαλλήλου ο οποίος μας έριξε και το φταίξιμο. Γεμάτο κολλημένα σκοτωμένα κουνούπια στους τοίχους και τα ασανσέρ δεν δούλευαν πάντα.Πραγματικα απαράδεκτο!!!!

not really about the hotel, it was nice but i’m just happy we were by a park. me and my friends met italian kids that were funny!!!!!!!! had a blast and when i come back i’d like to stay here and maybe catch up with those kids from the park hopefully we can find them!!!

What an absolute disgrace this hotel is number 1 air conditioning doesn’t work although we were told the owner turns it off because he going bank rupt. The carpets and furniture are filthy. No pool in operation great when it’s 40 degrees in Italy. Do yourself a favour and avoid this dump should be zero stars.

A/c doesn’t work well at all Pool out of order Shower hose is broken and water leaking everywhere Shower drain is blocked I would not recommend it’s in the middle of no where 3 single beds crammed into a small room I can’t even open the balcony door 1/10

Hi, I stayed in west Florence hotel and would like to share my experience here that hotel receptionist was very rude and uncourteous. I found him having different behaviour than us with other peoples in the same hotel. Receptionist in the morning shift yelled at me. I complained about this to hotel and sent email as well but no one respond. I'll certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. I need a resolution and an email from the hotel. Also, the pictures posted here for this hotel is not the one in reality it looks like. Lockers are not working, rugged carpets and unhygienic environment.

The hotel was pleasant but not centrally located being about 14km from Florence. You would need a car to get to and from the centre.

L' igiene non c'è, insetti ovunque, crepe sulle pareti, pavimento in legno rotto,camere stretre e piccole cibo con qualità scarsa personale scortese e maleducato. Per essere un albergo di 4 stelle non va per niente bene al massimo ne avrebbe dovute avere -4
