Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte per il nostro anniversario, con formula all inclusive, purtroppo il chip dei braccialetti non è stato codificato, di conseguenza la camera non si apriva, se non accompagnate dal personale. Esperienza pessima. Non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema per l’intera giornata ed abbiamo terminato la serata in camera per evitare di farci riaccompagnare a tarda notte. Nelle zone piscina invece pochissimi lettini rispetto agli ospiti della struttura. Spettacolo serale in teatro a dir poco improponibile. Per quanto costa, il servizio è pari a zero!

Ottima struttura con camera deluxe spaziosa ben arredata con una bellissima cabina bagno. Dal ristorante ai bar nulla da dire solo complimenti. Ottimo servizio con personale sempre disponibili, il responsabile di sala eccezionale. Animazioni fatta da stupende ragazze sempre disponibili. Servizio spiaggia e piscine ottimo con cambio asciugamani senza problemi

Hotel was very nice with a very pleasant and dedicated personal Mini club for kids was excellent Rooms a bit too small !!!

Wonderful resort, filled with friendly, helpful staff, the food was amazing, entertainment staff were fantastic, especially Moritz & Anisa, highly recommend a stay here.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Palladium Sicilia, the hotel is very remote in Campofelice di Roccella, due to heavy road traffic from Catania airport we arrived late, just 10 minutes before the restaurant was due to close, we were rushed in to have a meal. Thank you. Check in process was smooth and easy, we stayed in one of the bungalows, it was unusual but it was quiet, clean with tea/coffee facilities, safe, TV, bathrobes that were too small, slippers and a minibar. Water is supposed to be supplied on a daily basis but this did not happen and the minibar was not replenished. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The grounds are kept clean and tidy with lots of plants, the pool areas are clean and there was some improvement work going on near the pool bar. For beach lovers, a disappointment, it is full of pebbles, stones and the sea water is not that clean. Food: the main canteen is ‘Sicania’ for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is plenty of choice and the chefs are accommodating if you require something that you like. The deserts are amazing whilst the children and adults hang around the ice cream section. There are only two A la carte restaurants that are open, Chang Thai (tastes like microwave food) and El Dorado whilst the third, Portofino, is closed. Booking restaurants is via the App and it is difficult to get reservations. At both these restaurants the manager encourages you to pay a supplement for better dishes, that I found distasteful, I found the Xtra Time Sports Bar to be good with drinks and food. The two ways waiting bar is also very good in comparison to the main lobby bar. Staff: They were all very friendly, helpful and always greeted us, 100% to them. The hotel runs a regular shuttle service to the nearest town, Cefalu, for 10 Euros return and other services. Entertainment: There are lots of activities planned especially for the children, it was disappointing that the evening entertainment commenced at 10pm as it could have been earlier. Upon checking out and paying the local tax of 42 Euros, the wrist band is taken away and given a token for a meal but no drinks. We enjoyed our trip to Sicily, I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I spent a week and had an amazing time. All staff were polite and welcoming, they couldn't do enough for us and the complex has something for everyone The bungalow we stayed perfect for the both of us and kept very clean. We are considering another visit next year

Very nice place with a lot of thing to do and a very sympatic staff The spa is amazing, I do a massage with Dario and he his very competent it was fabulous The buffet is big and there is a lot of choice We were just disappointed because the Italian restaurant was closed and there is nothing around the hotel

It was truly a wonderful stay. it was also very interesting and pleasant, as moritz and anisa entertained us perfectly ;)! So in conclusion i can just recommend the trip :)

Great hotel experience. Moritz and Anisa made great entertainment. The spa and the pool area are great and I had a very relaxing and exciting time.
