Great vacation, great staff, clean and comfy. The proximity to the beach erased all the negatives that we felt during our stay at this hotel. I will start with the positives: 1. Clean and spacious room, cleaning staff entered every day to swipe the floors and change the towels, empty the garbage and fill the minibar; 2. Great food, diverse and a lot for every taste and served in 3 different areas; 3. Private beach nearby and always clean and ready for us in the morning. I saw a review regarding the fact that you needed to wake up very early to catch a spot at the beach, true but that is because of the guests and not the staff; 4. Even if the majority of the staff knew English at a Basic level or not at all, we felt good and treated right. The negative part was the lack of air conditioning in the main areas, hallways, reception, lobby. We are thinking to repeat the experience!

yes, it is true that everything is not clean and looks dirty, but for my understanding, the hotel is great. right now we are here in room 401 and if you are not petty then everything is great. as they say the food is bad. we are satisfied and never hungry. The stuff is super and they are happy to help you. maybe it's a small wi-fi problem, because it's slow, but it works anyway.

We flew at the end of September for 9 days. To tell the truth, the hotel does not meet the 5* standard, I don't know when it got those 5 stars. For this price, you can get more decent hotels. Everything is outdated, mold in the bathroom, covered with silicone maybe 10 times, the beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable, the air conditioner does not perform its function (refrigeration), it just pushes a little colder but not the one you want to cool down with. (The degrees were adjusted to decrease and increase, it still blows the same) The TV hardly shows, everything chirps, there is no connection, you see the picture like in the old days with snow on the screen. I can't say that it was very tidy, dust balls were rolling by the beds. Mini fridge - does not freeze! Sometimes they added drinks, sometimes not. Anyway, restaurant employees are completely the same, they walk around with sour faces, they are not able to clear the table after the previous people, don't even talk about putting new tools, they immediately put the chairs to the side, like thats it, nobody will eat anymore. Excuse me? It's full of people, they change one after the other, some finish eating and the others come. The tables are not cleaned, dirty, in other words, you have to bring everything yourself, wipe it, make it. The sunbeds by the sea are also old, torn in some places, blackened in some places, from dirt. The food is nothing special, but it's delicious, I can't say anything. Exept that one evening there was a seafood feast. We tasted it. We got poisoned. (we didn't drink alcohol) and in general, in the warm marmite sector, where warm dishes should stand, they are all cold, the fire underneath is turned off, and it doesn't matter to them that you are eating, for example, completely cold pasta. 6 imported drinks were specified, when asked what they are, they say: there are none here. In general, hotel toilets are a tragedy, either they are cleaned very rarely or not at all. Wifi is very poor, we know it only works at the reception, but even there sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, it's a real hassle. And more! It is quite difficult to communicate in English, they simply do not speak, it is better to speak the (big country) 🇷🇺 language, having learned it by heart. I understand everything, there are more tourists, but it was full of people from Poland, Germany and others. I thought at least the administrators would talk, hmm, it's the same, you try to explain one, they talk about the other. Well, you know, I don't recommend it at all.

Nice all inclusive hotel that offers everything you need for a summer relaxation. Rooms need some refreshment but the location of the hotel itself is worth to every penny you pay. It has food for every taste and the good thing is that everything, I mean pools, beach, bars etc are to close to each other even if the garden is huge. Service is not good as the service of the expensive alternatives but the staff is always there to help you. The only thing that might spoil the good atmosphere here is the fat guy who insistently tries to sell you a massage package every time you visit the spa to take or leave the beach towels. Aww

10-22 Ekim 2023 tarihinde 12 gece kaldım. Fiyat performans anlamında görece olarak iyi sayilabilir.yemek çeşitliliği epey az. Lezzet olarak orta seviyede.Denizi MÜKEMMEL. Animasyon zayıf. Genel anlamda temizlik iyi sayılabilir. Gece müdürü olan AĞA Tansel tesbihle gezmese iyiydi. Bu konu hakkında çok şey yazarımda neyse.bence önümüzdeki sezon için yöneticilerimizi gözden geçirin.

This year we were in the Garden side room.The main building is just a few minutes away. I love nature, and animals so this was perfect spot for me. ( If u r alergic to cats, better choose main building.) I am not easy on food, but it was quite good. Gozleme every day in snack bar on the beach. What is great about this hotel, is that u have a lot of bars, drinks, coffee, snacks, on every corner. Muhamed is preparing the best turkish coffee, just tell him if u want strong, light, milk, whatever. We tried A la carte, italian menu. It was too much. Delicous food, professional waiters, but too much food we choosed 🫣 This year, when we came, there were so many guests. So, big applause is going to the cleaning team. They were working all day, and always with the smile. Entertainment team were ok. I was going on fitness in the sea and swimming pool. I think night shows were a bit better last year, especially they had cake cause of Bayram (30.08.) During the evening show,but this year it was during the day. Even there were a lot of Russian people, the entertainment team were speaking on english too. Thanks If u need massage , I recommend Schascha. U wont regret it. If u need pharmacy, go in the one directly across the hotel. Thanks again to Irina, who answered on my emails before we came.

We arrived early with our small baby which needed a nap. The reception desk was awful, they (people helping around) asked for money (implicitly) to get into the room before the assigned time. They didnt put the baby crib in time. There is no internet in the rooms nor facilities. The hotel was old, not maintained and renovations needed. The rooms were small and with unpleasant smell (especially the bathroom). Families with the babies, left the their baby strollers in the halls of the hotel due to small family rooms. the elevators were so small. The pools and the area next were not maintained! Its a place where no system was at place, for every issue the manager should decide. Apart from the climate and location of the hotel, and the staff of the hotel (in the restaurant and bars), nothing was worth the money spent.

We spent the best vacation in this hotel. All praise for the service, hygiene and most of all for the nature around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The most praise for the guys from the bar at the pool and especially for Mohamed, a wonderful guy. All recommendations for the hotel!

We've spend in this hotel 10 days in August-September. HOTEL The hotel is good, clean, with nice environment, wonderful grass and garden. STAFF The hotel staff is polite, friendly, helpful . The staff speaks more Russian than English, but the staff is friendly and that minor problem can be overcome. Best regards for all employees , especially for staff on the reception of the hotel and pool bar. Reception staff was very helpful. SPA CENTAR During your stay in the hotel, make sure to visit the spa center. Spa center has a wide selection of treatments that you can book at affordable prices. If you have any doubts, be sure to look for Mr. Koray who will help you choose treatment for you. You will really enjoy😊.Big regards for Mr. Koray and staff. ENTERTAINMENT During the day, you have opportunity to participate in fun and games. Every evening in the hotel you will have opportunity to enjoy a different show. Team and program is OK, but small a little uncomfortable situation is :Russian guests are given priority over other guests by the team ROOMS Rooms regularly cleaned every day, filled every day with drinks in mini bar. Also, in bathroom, you have shower gel, shampoo, Towels in your room will be changed every day. FOOD AND DRINKS-RESTAURANTS AND BARS In the restaurant you have good selection of dishes, In all bars there is a large selection of soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and cocktails. Also, in pool bar you have option to choose sandwiches, cakes and snacks. In pool bar, you have a wide selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, cocktails, wonderful coffee…. etc. POOL AND GARDEN Hotel have nice pool. Also, space around the pool is cleaned daily even during a day. You will enjoy in beautiful garden around the hotel. very beautiful garden, grass, lights…. BEACH The beach is very nice. Long, widely and clean, with free deckchair, protective awnings and table. The sea water is warm, clean and divine. Wonderful, wonderful beach and sea. Note: During my stay, it was my birthday. For hotel management and staff message is: thank you very much for a surprise bowl of fruit😊 My personal opinion: Hotel is 4 stars and need small renovate in the future and guests who come to the hotel do not really have a tourist culture and do not respect other guests and the hotel staff.
