Grupotel Farrutx

The staff are always great. We stay half board as their food is really good quality and plenty of selection. Love the pool and its area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Their snack bar is great value and good for lunch.

The hotel is very peaceful, beautiful and everywhere excellent clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was varied and very tasty for every body. Many fruits, bakery and nice cakes. And a variety of delicious fried chicken, pork, fish, beef and lamb. We had a lovely ten days there.

The hotel is very nice, the reception staff are nice and helpful, but they should definitely consider firing one of the restaurant staff (a tall, slim, hunched, frustrated man tired of life). When we tried to take out the plate of fruit (yes, I know we shouldn't do that), he reacted as if his life depended on it, first he chased us up the stairs, and then he grabbed us, trying to grab it, earlier when we were approaching the vending machine to buy coffee. , he turned it off on purpose, pretending to say something, when passing our table he commented something under his breath in his native language, a tragedy, if you go, watch out for him.

Great hotel to stay in. Close to the beach and main promenade with shops, bars and restaurants. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious. The room itself is clean, but it is a bit on the small side. But for us that wasn't a problem. Bathroom was small but tidy. Only downside regarding the bathroom are sliding doors which can be very loud. Also shower door handle was a bit woobly. But other then that I would come back.

The hotel is near the 3 stars not 4. To pluses I can: - near the beach and restaurants - nice wiev from balcony - nice service - relatively clean The minuses I can: - poor taste of food - high prices of bar - quality of the hotel - recommended renovation of the hotel

Just to start, I really cannot fault the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff did a brilliant job. The food is great too. Being a picky eater I usually struggle with the food but found I had a lot choice at the hotel on a half board basis. Now the rest. Tui's brochure made the rooms look quite spacious but you had to move the bedside table to use the dressing table, the other side of the bed had just enough room for the bedside table. The beds were like sleeping on boards they were so hard and I couldn't sleep on them very well even though I put the 2 quilts on the mattress and slept on them. The bathroom was tiny. I could touch the wall one side and shower cubicle the other with bent arms and I'm quite tiny. The toilet was right up against the wall. Having a health condition I found it very awkward using the toilet. Tui didn't mention that the balcony was shared with the other rooms on either side of you and we were so close to the stage that the evenings entertainment kept me awake even though I wore ear plugs. Don't get me wrong the hotel was clean and only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but I don't think I would stay there again.

Everything was as you would want from a hotel. Clean, friendly staff, pleasant comfortable rooms, lovely pool area and no problem getting a sun lounger, pool snack bar very nice food. Restaurant had lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy breakfast in the morning if you wanted to be outside. Very attractive restaurant, plenty of staff clearing tables. Food was of a good standard.

Just returned from a family holiday staying at the Farrutx on a half board arrangement. Hotel very clean and well looked after. Excellent location not to far from the beach. Very helpful, friendly staff. Lots of Germans ( hotel very oriented towards this type of client) but absolutely no problem with that. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Food was unbelievable - the choice was mind blowing but could have been labelled with a little more detail to help those with food intolerances etc.. Legendary breakfast to set your day up - had real problems trying not to appear too greedy! Bed mattress a tad too hard but staff were helpful in offering to add cushioned toppers. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Spotless hotel with friendly staff , room was clean and airy . we were half board and the food was nice with a huge choice so think there would be something for everyone . There were singers on most evenings but to be honest we usually went down to the bars near the seafront Transfer from airport was about 90 minutes but very well organised . It was probably a little further from beach than we had hoped but was still only a short walk . Beach was beautiful and no problem getting beds each day
