Ocean View Condo

The beach, drinks, and our waiter Juan was great! He was friendly and very fast. The beach chairs were perfect and the view was gorgeous! Next time we will have to try the food as well! I would recommend again and again! The margarita was strong and tasted great!

Absolutely scammed on arrival - do not stay here! We booked the penthouse suite which has two bedrooms (we were two couples) and on arrival the hotel said we had to pay an extra USD$40 per person per night because we had only booked for two people. Firstly, the app didn't let us book the suite for more than two people at the time of booking, and secondly, we asked the receptionist if we had booked for 4 people would the original price have changed and she said no... and then couldn't explain what this extra charge was for. This was a total scam and were just squeezing us for money. On top of all of this, one of the lifts broke and got stuck while we were in it which was an absolutely terrifying experience and when we let the staff know they didn't close off the lift and didn't seem to care.

5 out of 5 stars for my guy Juan more than respectful and answers all questions asked he was very professional but as well as very laid back and made time to have a joke with us food was very good at the end of the day I enjoyed the service more than anything views are more than stunning

Sami is the best cannot wait to come back !! The price is great and so is the service !! Thank you Sami for such a great day , and for taking great care of us! We are locals . And this is a great place to visit for the day!! We will be coming back and we will bring all are friends

2:ND time here. Took a room with Seaviewand small kitchenette It might have some need for updating but it isn't worn down as some suggest. For the location and price you pay it in my opinion exactly r8ght level Extremely good AC. They use the individual aggregate Each room have its own hot water boiler Elevator works fine but there are some leveled walking from parking before you reach them Location can't be better close to foodstore (chedraui foodstore chain)and some tourist shopping Nice beach. No sea**** when we were there 31april to 3 may I would definitely go back again!!

We have stayed at numerous locations in Cancun. The beach at Ocean Dream is absolutely the most beautiful and most swimmable there is. I would like to mention the outstanding service we received from Israel at the Ocean Dream Beach bean bags. We lounged and ate and drank for hours, and Isreal was super attentive and friendly. We look forward to returning next year.

We were in Cancun for two weeks and stayed at four different places. Ocean Dream was the most cost effective, and yet, we loved it the most. The beach, simply amazing. The location afforded us access to A lot of places within an easy walking distance. The icing on the cake was Izzy/Israel who took great care of us at the beach everyday. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Izzy for making our trip even better!

This experience was overall horrible when it comes to the hotel. We set up transportation from the hotel. They canceled it. We tried to set jt up again they said oh it's less than 72 hours & they don't have anything available. When we arrived our rooms weren't ready & had to wait about 45 minutes. The room I requested was given away so they upgraded my room. Well that was a horrible upgrade. The TV channels were all in Spanish. 3 technicians tried in 2 days to fix but couldn't. Several outlets were not working even after the technician tried to fix them. My friends TV issue was the same plus her tub water pressure was extremely low. We were told the manager would be at the hotel around 12. When we came back to ask for him we were told he was not there. Turned out Diego is the manager & he lied saying there's no manager. He offered a slip of paper with an email address to send the complaint instead of addressing them himself AS THE MANAGER. His demeanor was nonchalant & pardon me hut piss poor. We asked to be compensated with a dinner or partial refund & he immediately dismissed the idea. The hotel can use some upgrades. The beach towel was torn (shredded) The patio doors had no locks The porcelain on the toilet base was peeling My room has a microwave & fridge with dishes but no sponge or dish detergent The list goes on. But I'll never recommend this place to anyone. Don't Jude a book from the outside...looks good til you start to see the fifth upclose from the elevators & staircase etc

It was one of the worst experiences in a Hotel. There was no Hot water, and the room door was not fully closed; it had a gap. A noisy truck was working on the parking lot at 7 AM, right under our balcony. The food was terrible, and they charged me almost $3 for some hot water.
