酒店前台服務非常差.餐廳也很一般.設施也很一般.頂的房間是套房一大床房.給我們的房間是兩張單人床.去找前台理論 .前台的意思是沒有其他房間了你們愛住住 不愛住我們也沒辦法.一點表示也沒有.來過4次坎昆.這次酒店是體驗感最差的.雞差

The food is cold. The Mexican restaurant we walked out of. We are pretty sure the waiter was under the influence of something. We had4 adults and to kids. Waiter came back 3 times to ask what the kids wanted to drink. He had it written down. The he asked two of the adults what they wanted to eat. Then he walked away without taking our order. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes. He never came back with the kids drinks, any food and never took our order. We got up and walked out. That was our 3rd time to Paradisus and last

Amazing! Our second time and it did not disappoint - Blue Agave has the best tacos! Will be coming back again and again!

Everyone was welcoming, professional, and helpful. Transportation was very well organized. The property overall was beautiful.
The food was not as great as expected and there were no authentic food options on the resort. Also, my friends and I were told we’d be able to upgrade to a reserve room, but at the last minute, we were told that was not an option so that was a bit upsetting.

The overall ambience of the resort was wonderful with overall cleanliness. The Lemon Fish Resort was one of the best restaurant with amazing service and delicious food. The beach and the pool area was very well maintained with good service. The daily activities were entertaining as well as @Kidsdom was the icing on the cake where the kids were involved with various activities throughout. The only negative point is the room seems to be dated and needs renovation!! The daily room service was not good and the toiletries provided seems to be old, specially the towels!!

Check-in was slow. Facility and grounds were beautiful! Staff was so courteous, respectful and helpful! Food was excellent! Ambiance amazing. Hope to visit again!

We loved the beach and the wonderful beach service. The food was excellent and Malva provided a perfect buffet option for breakfast, lunch or dinner if our group wanted something extra. The steak restaurant Sal is additional cost but one of the better food options along with Lemon Fish. It's hard scoring a beach chair after 7 am even by the pool so get up early to set your towels down to make sure you have a spot. The resort is safe with plenty of activities (magic show for our 5 year old!) and the kids club is open most of the day for entertaining the youngsters. Pyramid 3 gets a bit noisy after 9 as the stage is opposite the main lobby but the acts usually run for only 1 hour. The service is amazing and everyone works very hard to keep the property spotless.

Only best thing about this hotel is their friendly staff. Buffet manager and staff was all amazing also Spa personal Alfie was was beyond amazing!
