The reception area was very nice and welcoming. I paid by Halifax clarity card and lawfully they have to ask me if I want to pay in local currency or sterling which they didn’t. I was given a receipt saying I had agreed to pay a 5% additional fee and accept their currency charges. I argued about this for most of the 10 days I stayed there. The female manager was aggressive and told me it would get sorted out, but it never was, and spoilt our stay. Do not pay by credit card here. Many did and had to pay these extra charges, Complete rip-off. The bedroom was very nice. Cleaners were excellent and toiletries were of a good standard. The bed was very comfy. The room was at the front of the hotel so you could witness the chaos that was Candolim and the frequent accidents on a very busy road. We enjoyed this though others may want a quieter balcony. Wifi was very good and I could watch TV from home through my computer on the large TV with scarts. The breakfast was fantastic if you like curry-associated dishes. For me, it was egg and toast. Lots of lovely chocolate cakes and on one occasion an amazing chocolate milkshake made breakfast pretty unusual. The garden featuring a big pool was filled with an abundance of lovely flowers and trees and was a sea of tranquillity when compared to the front of the hotel. Until the locals took over the pool, which they did for an hour most days. At best 20 odd people jumped into the pool with their clothes on, at worst they brought loud music speakers and drinks holding unofficial parties. After they left, there was a return to peace and harmony. The pool was great, though it suffered from tree debris in the pool. There was no wifi at the pool. Only one bed wasn't broken, and the pool boy often recycled towels that had been used by other guests. Don't accept a towel if it's damp. Overall, this was a mixed experience that I probably won't repeat.

Best property in goa, good quality food, the hospitality was best. All the staffs were helpful. It was well maintained and hygiene

Hotel is pathetic. We were in room 214. The ac was not working services are pathetic. They don't provide the hand towels and shaving kits. In case you want to go swimming and need and extra towel. You are asked to give the used towel all over the hotel experience was terrible i would not suggest and of my knowns to go in this property

Worst hotel i stayed in goa was so much unhygienic. Bed and sheets blanket was o so so dirty not recommended at all

The staff especially management are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a bad state of repair! The frontage has falling tiles and routing wood frame! Any repairs within the hotel is fine very badly! There are broken and damaged area all over the hotel! It is disgraceful and cannot be described as a four stars! I would like the owner to come look at the state of the hotel, they would be ashamed! My holiday was completely spoilt by the environment and extremely noisey guests till late in the night! I realise not much can be done about noise but it reflects the attitude of other guests!! My advise to anyone thinking of booking is to avoid there are better hotels nearby for the same price! I would have changed hotel but getting my deposit may have taken time! .
