Fabulous hotel, friendly staff (especially Gonzalo and Nicolas). The location is perfect for skiing and we really appreciated the touches such as food and cava in the room when we arrived late and a picnic breakfast when we had an early start. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for two nights on a skiing trip. The snow was dreadful but the hotel was great: friendly and helpful staff especially Candelaria and Gonzalo, great buffet for breakfast and dinner, really tasty and well prepared, and nice touches like an open fire and complimentary glüwein in reception.

very nice hotel with everything you need - a big room for your skiing equipment, nice restaurant and even a small Spa. The cabin is 5-7 minutes walking by the river bank so you get there easily. Also the hotel has some evening activities for kids. Will surely come back.

The hotel is very nice and cosy, great for families with children, close to everything, the service is extremly proffesional and helpful. We loved everything though it would be great to renovate the furniture, we lacked newer and bigger wardrobe and the windows did not opened well.

From the first moment we were completely enchanted by Ski Plaza Hotel & Wellness: as soon as we arrived at reception we were offered a welcome drink with unparalleled smiles and friendliness. From that moment on, the entire stay was characterized by friendliness, hospitality, and excellent room services. When we arrived at mealtime it was yet another surprise: full of options for diverse meals, with vegetables, fruit, alternatives for vegetarians and excellent cooked dishes of fish, meat and seafood. We really wanted to return to this space. The ski lift is approximately 300 m away on foot and there are parking areas next to the hotel. We would like to thank the entire team who made our stay a real pleasure. Without any doubt, we want to repeat.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise; the staff was so friendly and service minded. I have worked with tourism for the last 10 years and I do not think that I have ever been so well treated in any hotel. I can warmly recommend the hotel for the location, food, rooms and most of all- the wonderful staff!!

Perfect location and great service, all staff is very friendly. Great breakfast buffe and dinner buffe too, the kids loved it. Good common spaces, cozy bar. The room was spacious and the bathroom awesome. Perfect that you Ian keep you skis in the basement and also dry you ski boots, all very convenient.

The hotel is centrally located, beautiful and nicely decorated. The room was spacious and cozy. The hotel staff is super welcoming and helpful, especially Gonzalo, the sunshine and a soul of the hotel, who massively contributed to wellbeing of the guests. Guests themselves are pampered with a glass of Prosecco during the check-in process and with hot mulled wine at the hotel lobby every evening. There are several dining opportunities at the hotel: a cosy bar with a good selection of snacks and food for the whole day, a self-service restaurant, and a restaurant specialised in raclette and fondue with its friendly and competent service angels Diego and Noe, who were always helpful and quick even when the restaurant was at its full capacity, and it got a bit busy. Spa area is small but nice. I highly recommend the hotel, and would stay there next time too.

Unfortunately I do not speak Catalan! But your whole team showed me - during the Andorra Trail: Kindness, hospitality and a fantastic a**osphere! You welcomed me - you were of great help to find everything. The suite was great- thanks to the team! Since I started early - you prepared me a lunch. And the last morning: great breakfast! I have never been to Andorra: But this hotel- thanks to you all, with its great facilities - shows the best for every guest! We will come back and recommend your place with pleasure!
