As a solo traveler, I stayed at Blu Hotel Morisco for 3 nights & found it to be a comfortable base for exploring Cannigione and beyond. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made me feel at ease. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep after long sightseeing days. The location is perfect for exploring the Maddalena Archipelago. The hotel is just minutes away from the marina where most boat tours depart. Try the local Sardinian wine at the nearby bars—it's fantastic! Overall: Blu Hotel Morisco is a great choice for solo travelers looking for comfort & convenience.

Our week at Blu Hotel Morisco was dream come true. The hotel's Moorish architecture created a unique and romantic atmosphere. Our room was elegantly decorated, and the private balcony was perfect for evening relaxation. We loved exploring the nearby beach and the charming village of Cannigione. The food was delicious, especially at Ristorante La Sciumara. If you're seeking a tranquil and romantic escape, Blu Hotel Morisco is the ideal choice.

We recently stayed at Blu Hotel Morisco for our summer family vacation, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! 🏖️ From the moment we checked in, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. 🛏️ Accommodation: The rooms were spacious, clean & well-maintained. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a treat for evening relaxation. The beds were super comfortable, and the housekeeping service ensured everything stayed spotless during our stay. 🍴 Dining: The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of dishes to suit everyone's taste. From fresh local seafood to classic pasta and desserts, there was something for everyone. We especially appreciated the kid-friendly food options, which made mealtime stress-free for our little ones. 🏊♂️ Amenities: The pool was the highlight for our kids—they couldn’t get enough of it! The pool area was well-maintained, with plenty of loungers available. We also enjoyed the entertainment programs in the evening, which added a lively vibe to the otherwise peaceful setting. 🏖️ Location: The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a few charming local restaurants nearby. The hotel also offered easy access to boat tours for exploring the stunning Maddalena Archipelago, which was an unforgettable experience. 🌊 🛠️ Room for Improvement: While the Wi-Fi could be improved (it was slow in some areas), this didn’t impact our overall experience much. All things considered, not a bad little place to stay. It was the end of the season and the town had shut down. The hotel was spotless and a small army of staff made sure that things were sorted. The staff themselves were friendly and attentive, always happy to help. The food really was the issue for many people as it was sometimes not warm. In general however it was a reasonable quality which was tasty and plenty of it (the perch last night was lovely). My biggest concern was the 'free for all' at the start of meal times where some guests seemed to think it was ok to barge in front of other guests. You need to be careful however when going out on visits. The local bus service is very good value for money, but the taxi service is a bit of a rip off. 30€ to go 10km is a bit excessive. There are some excellent restaurants and the supermarket offers good sandwiches if you fancy a meal on the beach. To make it a solid 4* please put tea and coffee making in the rooms and maybe bottles of water for the first night.

This hotel is definitely not 4 star Basic facilities nothing exciting on the decor. Bar area not inviting at all certainly not big enough for the size of the hotel. The food is the worst we have ever experienced at a hotel. Cold soups in fact all food was awful.

We were on a tour with Riviera Travel, so 50+ people descended on the hotel at the same time - to be issued with key cards in a very short space of time. Our room was fine, no problems, with a fair sized balcony. The hotel itself was clean and well placed in a quiet part of the town. Staff were for the most part extremely pleasant and cheerful apart from one chap in the restaurant who constantly looked very unhappy! The only thing that lets the hotel down is the restaurant, as mentioned by many other reviewers. It is huge and has no soft furnishings, so the sound level is astronomical. Everyone seems to descend for meals at the same time, so it's a battle to get to the tables with antipasti and dessert - as for the queues for the (not very) hot food... A shame that it can't be organised properly.

Friendly staff, very helpful, my room was ready when I arrived a ground floor disabled room, no safe, no phone, no blanket, no remote control and no fridge. Most things were rectified quickly. The meals were hectic, like a bun fight trying to reach the antipasto, bread, cakes, hot food which most days the food was luke warm. Even though staff were informed of the temperature of the food, including notifying the rep for Jet2. I tended to try and get the cold foods and bread. The 80 euro card was a bonus and could be used for drinks and snacks in the bar. I felt sorry for the staff when copious amounts of coaches came and there was not enough staff to cope with the drink orders. There was a singer 2 nights she was very good. The weather was pleasant and allowed time around the pool. There were buses to other villages and Palau port. Easy walking into the village, to the beach. I booked a boat trip on line with get my guide as this was over half the price quoted by Jet2 for the same trip. There was a little market outside the hotel on a Monday. I would definitely recommend this area and hotel, but be mindful of the cool luke warm food.

Yep stayed here as guests on a Riviera Tour with excellent Tour Rep, Lily. Had a room on the top floor overlooking the Pool. Blissfully quiet, only two rooms before the Fire Exit. It's a 4* star hotel but only average for that standard. Staff friendly and usually pretty capable. Breakfasts adequate. Make sure to order your Coffees from the dedicated servery in the corner of Breakfast Buffet area. Avoid machine coffee at all costs. A wider selection of Fresh Fruit would be welcome. Dinner - a bit of a scrum with all guests expected to queue up for each course. Service from the Lounge Bar good with fine selection of Grappa and good Espresso Coffee. Major problem with Toilets in the Reception area. I did not try the Ladies, but in the Men's Toilets NONE of the 3 Cubicles could be locked. A problem to be sorted ASAP. Hayling Seagoon
