First trip since becoming disabled. From arrival to leaving all of my needs were succeeded by hotel staff.

Bathroom is a bit small. Toilet is very close to the sink and tub.
Other than that everything is good.

Birthday Trip for my wife.Her one request, a decent Hotel with a hot tub. Booking only offered non-refundable. After checking in we found out the pool/hot tub has been broken for months."Waiting on a part", ya, ok, heard that before.
This is repeatedly an issue on this site...advertising amenities that are not actually available.

i thought i had requested a queen bed but our room had 2 double beds instead. not a big deal but inconvenient. otherwise, everything was excellent about our stay.

Wasn’t the comfiest room to stay in, but the amenities were really nice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Danielle the front desk clerk was excellent. She had a line out the door and some of the customers were not as friendly. Danielle did not let them get to her and was calm and collective with every check in. I will be trying to recruit her for my company in Canton.

The property was very clean and had all required amenities. However, the pillows were absolutely terrible and the bathroom was tiny. Could barely fit two people in there. Expensive for what you got.
