It comes with a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, living room with a double sofa bed, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen. It is perfect for up to 6 guests. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (weekly extra price), washing machine, microwave, outdoor parking space, Tv and terrace.
Beach service is included.
-Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season).

-All utility bills
-Final cleaning
-Agency fees
°Excluded - Mandatory:
-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.
-City tax upon arrival in cash: to be paid upon arrival in cash. The exact amount will be communicated upon arrival.
°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-A/C (if available): 50eur per week
-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week
