Room was smaller than expected. Convenient location but for the price there are better options in the area.

Wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Staff was outstanding, friendly, helpful. In center of town, walk to shops. Free valet parking is very helpful. Hotel has character, uneven floors, but that is part of the charm.

Decided to visit Cape May to see the Victorian inns decorated for the holidays. Congress Hall is a great place to stay- impeccably decorated and in the heart of everything. If only it had been a bit warmer…

My husband and I stay here once a year for our Anniversary. It’s decorated for the holidays and they play holiday music. The staff is fantastic. Everything is in walking distance. The bed is comfortable, the concierge desk is fantastic. I love the deep bathtubs 🛀 in the rooms! Everything is super clean. Every staff member has been great.

The elevator (2) is an issue especially when shared with service people
Such a large property, though historic, can’t operate on charm alone!

Beautifully kept hotel and grounds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was a beautiful stay with lovely amenities. I felt the service at the spa and coffee shop and the lobby staff was less than excellent. These areas and related staff were not responsive or helpful when needed. The valet, brown room, boiler room and blue pig tavern all were very helpful.

Loved the staff treatment, including the superior, FREE, valet parking. The bars and restaurants in the hotel are amazing, with lots of options. My only drawback was the room, which was a queen and quite small and stuffy. The bedding, pillows and towels were excellent and ,made the stay comfortable.
