Amazing Hotel. Beautiful. Location. Vibe. All good. I had some issues which sometimes happens but they made up for it more than expectations. Lovely service. 2 people I would highly rate 6 on 5 there were the General Manager Mr Stefano and the Pool Incharge I think Alphonso was his name. Loved everything about the hotel and would come back again.

The hotel is perfectly positioned to be close to the heart of Capri without the excessive tourist traffic. The decor of the hotel and the rooms is extraordinary. I booked 6 rooms and they were all uniquely stunning. The hotel staff is what made the staying memorable: professional, courteous, friendly.

This hotel exceed my expectation! The check in process was very professional, very friendly service. We got upgrade to a larger room with a big balcony. Room is clean and with free drinks in the fridge. Very nice breakfast ! It is ideally located to be able to walk to most places, only a few blocks from the center of Capri. Will stay again!

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! I would rank CapriTiberioPalace in the top 1% of hotels I've stayed at. Everything - food, facilities, hospitality - was impeccable. And the location was fantastic with breathtaking views. We got upgraded to a junior suite which was the cherry on the cake. The design of our suite was gorgeous, I loved the interiors a lot - very eclectic and elegant. We loved our stay so much, that we extended it spontaneously by a day. One of the factors which made our trip so amazing, were your seven-star hotel staff. Your guest relations executive Martina is such a gem! From check-in to check-out, at every step, she was so warm and friendly and treated us like family. She was also able to understand me perfectly whenever I asked a question or needed any help. This is something I struggled with in Italy at the rest of my hotel stays, and Martina was a welcome exception. She is one of the best client facing executives I have ever interacted with. Stefano, your hotel manager, went above and beyond to give me a complimentary massage when we had a bit of a snafu with the steam room. I had not asked for it and was not expecting it, and it really made my day. He was also very quick in helping us extend our stay and that process was seamless. Your poolside staff Dominico was just so sweet and kind. He was always around, greeting us with a cheer and ready to help with towels, drinks and the water zone. Matteo was also very nice and friendly. Your breakfast manager Andrea and other breakfast area staff were very indulgent. Very patient in taking our coffee and a la carte orders. Always asking my mom if she needed another cappuccino - my mom really enjoyed her cuppas which they prepared extra-hot at request. We would chill in the breakfast area daily for two hours and enjoy the breathtaking views - and the staff never made us feel the need to rush. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and I would come back again in a heartbeat. I will also spread the word among friends and family that they MUST go to Capri to just stay at this hotel.

Everything here is done perfectly. Pool attendants to housekeeping to restaurant servers. All service is provided at a 5* level. Rooms are large and comfy. You will never lose sleep due to the amazing bed and pillows. The only problem here is that it is all done so well, you will never want to leave the hotel! Bravo!!! I'm coming back, Grazie:)

Capri Tiberio Palace is on a different level when it comes to service, luxury and overall experience. It is a true gem on the magnificent island of Capri. I stayed there for two nights in April and I enjoyed every minute of it! I stayed in room 501 and it was perfect! The huge terrace and every aspect of the room was fabulous. Every singe object and piece of art in the room (and the hotel) was carefully selected and unique. If you appreciate attention to detail, this is the place for you. I want to thank every single member of the staff, especially Martina, the Guest Relations Manager and many many others. Special thanks to Vincenzo, who is technically a bartender but, in reality, an artist of the mixology craft! Let's just say that his Old Fashioned was the best cocktail I have ever had in all my travels. The sauna and the pool were impeccable and I enjoyed using them. The breakfast was amazing. The gentleman (sorry I forget his name) who manages it, remembers your favorite juice and is super helpful. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel in the future!

A hotel that upholds " client satisfaction as their motto" Very helpful FO team, Michelle made a mark along with her friends. A very friendly very helpful team indeed. The gracious General Manager, Olivier who looked after all the whims of the guest and make it an even memorable experience in Capri. Definitely reccomended for discerning guest with eyes for details and service.

The view from the room was amazing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was well accommodated. The breakfast buffet was great. The servers were attentive and there is also a menu you can order from. The bacon was the best we had in Italy. The drinks in Jacky Bar were excellent. The old fashioned and the old fashioned 2.0 were our favorites.

The hotel was absolutely AMAZING. Myself and my husband would thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel. Every single staff member was so friendly and knowledgeable. Stefano was fantastic from the moment we met him and they were so lovely to us as it was our honeymoon, they could not have done anymore. The breakfast was outstanding and Mohammad was so lovely every morning and remembered all of the special details to make our stay so special and enjoyable. The photos do not do this wonderful place justice.
