Fabulous and flawless from start to finish. Just spent a week at this total gem. Beautiful hotel with spectacular views. We had a superb Junior suite that had been completed renovated. Huge. Lots of closet space. With a fabulous, modern bathroom. I mention all of this, because this is not the norm at most of the hotels on this island. We’ve been coming to Capri almost annually for over 26 years and used to stay at a neighboring property. For years we had contemplated switching to La Scalinatella. They have an incredibly loyal clientele who all rave about it and now we understand why. So happy that we finally made the change. Just wish we didn’t wait so long. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave…it is an absolute treat. The Morgano family and their staff are simply wonderful. A very special thank you to Mr Nicolino Morgano, Antonino, Giulia and Gennaro. Thank you for taking such excellent care of us. Perfection. We cannot wait to return!

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff. The rooms are spacious and overlook the ocean with large balconies. The bedding and bath amenities were top of the line. The location is superb for wandering around town and hiking to the natural arch. It’s well worth the small fee to have the hotel porter meet you at the ferry and take your bags. They also provide you with funicular tickets and will arrange your return ferry tickets and give you an itinerary so you can get back to the marina on time. The breakfast was lovely overlooking the mountains and the ocean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In the 24 hours that we spent in this lovely hotel, the staff knew our names, our room number, and our specific preferences. We have never felt so pampered! Beautiful views, charming decor, fabulous food, and the incredible staff. We'll be back!

Super nice hotel! Front desk helpful and friendly! 5/5 Pool 1/5 they’re remodeling the pool so it out of service. We didn’t get to use pool. Should be done maybe in a month. The hotel did upgrade our room bc inconvenience. So that was very nice & made up for burden. Room: junior suite with sea-view. The room was gorgeous and clean! Probably best room on our entire Europe trip. 5/5 Private Balcony had tan lounge bed and breakfast area. Large suite bathtub and shower! Unbelievable nice! Was lazy and order room service. Food was like fine dining. Burger was magnificent gourmet and lobsters roll. Added side yukon gold mash potatoes whipped soft like french fine dining. 5/5 Overall stay 5/5 stars!

We had a lovely stay at La Scalinatella last week. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great, close to shops and beautiful spots on the island of Capri. Cleaning and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a la carte and with a great view. Our room was very large, had two bathrooms and a large terrace with an amazing view. This is a great hotel if you want to treat yourself.

The staff is particularly friendly yet professional. Upon arrival already from Capris harbor they have a personal touch. Entering the hotel is fantastic because the hall (fairly basic) has a terrace with an incredible view. Breakfast a la carte is served there. Our room 43 is on the very ground floor, but it’s flooded with light, both during daytime and sundown, and I appreciate it in the evening. For once the hotel management or the interior designers applied lots of lights. Bathroom fully equipped and my wife and I appreciated the two sinks. Rooms are generally comfortable, quiet and fully equipped. Excellent Wi-Fi all over the premises
