We have stayed in Capri before but decided to try somewhere new and we are delighted we did.The location is perfect,one minute away from the designer shops but also really peaceful.The smell when you walk through the door was beautiful and fresh to mirror the modern decor.The staff are fabulous and welcoming.Fabio is wonderful,nothing is too much trouble from arranging restaurant reservations to boat trips.The pool is lovely and the view to the sea is breathtaking.The only thing that wasn’t as professional was the breakfast.They bring lovely pastries and really good coffee but after that you have to order everything and both mornings we didn’t get everything we asked for.Eventhough the idea of a la carte is good I think maybe they should leave a certain amount self service but that’s just a personal opinion.I would and definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent. They were extremely friendly and attentive, helped me with restaurant reservations, and Enzo in the breakfast room was just wonderful at making me feel welcome and valued. Every inch of the hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would not consider staying anywhere else next time I return to Capri.

Amazinggg We meet new friend, Giuseppe! Gave us so many details about capri. Good Break fast, very center of Capri, very nice and comfy room. We get the view for Beuty sea. Best Hotel, best Crew, a**osphere, all small details and off course Giuseppe!!!

We had a wonderful stay at La Residenza. The sea view was amazing from our room and all the staff members were friendly and welcoming especially Ignazio and Ras. I would definitely visit this beautiful hotel again. Thank you for everything.

Very friendly people , clean rooms always helping you even if you need to go further in italië , amazing food on capri nice stores , beautiful views there was good breakfast i place i will return to also they give us free upgrade also they will always hell you good my favorite guy giuseppe he was amazing ofcourse the other people of the crew are also really nice to us

Enjoyed this quaint hotel right in the heart of Capri. The owners take personal care of each detail The view from our terrace room was breathtaking. A special mention to concierge Giuseppe, he was very helpful and helped us plan our day well.

The best hotel and staff on Capri!!!! From Guisepe, Enzo. Fabrizio and all the staff. This hotel is a five star!!!! I’m coming back next April.
