披着樂高外衣的快捷酒店，但小朋友超級愛，外面都是可以玩兒的樂高，各種活動也很多。房間有上下鋪，拉開還能睡一個，實際可以住兩大三小。去樂高樂園不能更方便了！ 吃的還可以，不貴，有密碼箱，解鎖後送了兩包樂高玩具。總之就是適齡小朋友的天堂，大人不用抱太多期望，不是五星級酒店的設施。

來聖地亞哥第一晚入住，孩子們被濃濃樂高氛圍環繞，真是興奮不已疲勞困倦全消。裏裡外外整個設計構思巧妙，小朋友不僅大開眼界，還能實際感受各種難得的沉浸式體驗。假期好開端，贊！🌹😊

The hotel is definitely a wonderland for kids. Lots of energy in the atmosphere and friendly staff. Here’s my breakdown of my review: ROOM: 4 out of 5 stars We stayed on the 3rd floor at the adventure side. The room has a bunk bed that it’s perfect for kids, and has a light beside that kids can turn on when needed. The toilet has 3 levels of seats, from toddler to adult, which is great for little kids that need to go to the bathroom. They have free juice and water available in the room plus a fridge. No microwave though. However, all floors are equipe with a microwave close to the elevators. They also include a treasure chest that you can open when you complete a scavenger hunt as well as Lego toys that kids can play with. The reason why I gave it 4 out 5 was due to the room is really dark. There’s not enough natural light coming in, and there’s not enough bright lights to turn on to keep the room well lit. BUFFET: 3 out of 5 stars The food was average, nothing special. I felt that it was a bit overpriced for the type of food we get. One thing I didn’t understand is, why have hard naval oranges available when is hard to peel by hand and you need a knife to cut it? The staff were very friendly and courteous. SWIMMING POOL: 5 out of 5 The pool is perfect for families, and the life guards were very friendly. Just a heads up. If you have a swimming vest for your kids, it needs to be to be approved by the American Coast Guard Association in order to wear it in the pool. Otherwise you will have to put one of their swimming vest on. Free of charge of course. ARCADE: 1 out of 5 stars The arcade was not up to par as it should be. Some machines were broken and kids couldn’t play. Some machines didn’t read the cards very well and just eats up your money. The worst one to play was claw machine. This claw machine company is known to make the claw loose enough so you can’t win anything. That’s why owners love to have it, it makes them more money. Just Google the company and you’ll see what I mean. LOBBY AND HALLS: 5 out 5 stars Lots to do in the lobby to keep your kids entertained. I also love that the elevator has its own discotheque. Overall, the hotel was great. My family and I really enjoyed it and we will come back some time in the future.

we stayed 2 days in this hotel and one of the aspects that i personally loved was the treasure box to be with the children in search of the clues to open it is fun, its playground and the ambience of the rooms, the search for mr gold to be asking the staff if they have him, luckily we got it and it was a more good luck the person who gave it to us his name Jorge Ignacio charismatic and kind person who made the day to my children he gave him mr gold and 2 minifigures he told us that if we needed anything he could help us and additionally we asked him for some tollas that he gladly brought them to us., it really made our day, thank you for your good job

We stayed there on 12/28. We had a great experience. I would recommend this little getaway to anyone WITH KIDS. Legoland is not meant for adults, but we had a great time at the hotel. Of course there were a ton of kiddos running around but the staff managed everyone and everything very well. Jorge Ignacio who is part of the staff of this hotel who gave us a pleasure to meet him is great, he gave us some pop badges, and we were very happy with his attention and great style. The breakfast buffet is totally on point. The food was high quality and also managed well. We were the very first family there on the 29rd. I mean THE very first. I was the first one to dig into the scrambled eggs and kid taters. Yep. That was me. I'm awesome.

EXPENSIVE (almost cost me 1k for a short 2-night stay) but definitely worth the splurge if you have kids that LOVE Lego!! The hotel is fully themed (way better than the Disneyland hotel from my perspective), and family-oriented with kids being it's number 1 objective. This hotel takes the extra effort into making sure that your kids are entertained with scheduled activities, entertainment, and comforts that tailor to their needs. Pros: Kid focused, family-oriented, friendly staff like Jorge in the lobby like Jorge a lot of the staff is attentive and friendly which is something you don't find in other hotels of its kind anymore good job, free take home goodies, fully themed hotel rooms, bunk beds for the kids, seperate area for parents, free buffet breakfast, early Legoland entrance, fitness center for moms and dads, a huge pool , and only a few steps away to the Legoland parks.... Cons: EXPENSIVE, hotel room bathrooms do NOT have a lock, no door for privacy between the kids room and the parents room, and the evening buffet dinner is not offered for free.
