The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was wonderful and extremely attentive. However, our coffee maker was not working, in-room phone was not working, and there seemed to be crickets in the ceiling beam that kept us up at night. I'm disappointed with that because the room cost was hefty.

Always a pleasure to stay here! We live nearby and it's our #1 Stay-cation destination. So many options and the staff is very friendly and courteous. The food and drink options are great! The pool amenities are excellent. Always the best experience. Will be back very soon

Friendly staff, nice installations. Just would like to see different floor instead of carpet on the hallways. (More hygienic type of flooring)

Excellent place for family vacation. Water slides with warm temperatures and life guards, beautiful flowers&plants with best holiday decorations, professional staffs with good manners, and amazing customer services such as shuttles and concierge. I appreciate their service and care during stays. Also recommend to see sunrising in Edge pool!

What a forto able experience
property can recommend and sent for last vac w my son and the devices was HORRIBLE
We had three rooms due to repair, no opening windows and bugs and missing furniture in the last but we staged because front desk manger was so rude

The first “suite” was terribly generic, worn and smelled bad. They upgraded me to a villa that was much better, but still pretty outdated. The pools, grounds and restaurants were great.
