The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. Props to Ms. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

I would stay again with pleasure
The service was excellent your breakfast was tasteful the employees are vibrant and well manor. I enjoyed my stay great rooms, pool and wonderful services throughout the entire day.

The service was slow when it came to getting items. Also they dont do laundry daily. It was a basic hotel.

Staff were unfriendly.
Booked through *******, were told our reservation never made it from ******* to the hotel. Manager he wasn't going to do anything, not his problem. Eventually, after quite some time, the reservation was accepted. Made this reservation weeks ago. We believe since the hotel rooms were going for double, he wanted us to pay double and told us we didn't have a room. We were never provided with a "bracelet", therefore stopped every time we tried to go to the pool. Very rudely. Will never stay at that hotel again. Since purchasing a Villa in St. Barths, San Juan could be a layover, but will definitly buypass this resort.

The hotel is well organized (free cocktails and snacks from 5:30-7, etc.) and provided plenty of fun and atmosphere. The pool area is beautiful, and the sound of the waterfall drowns out any highway traffic. The restaurants in the hotel and room service all get top marks also! My only critique would be that it’s starting to feel a little worn, like it needs a bit of a facelift…
