Esj Towers

I had no iron and when I informed the staff they gave me an iron with a shortage and when I gave it back to them and told them I needed another iron, I was informed that they had to find one. Also the light fixtures was broken and when I took a shower the water would flood onto the floor. The pool was out of order. Towels weren’t very clean, they were stains on them and very dingy. The room we had was adjacent to a machine in the back and it was so loud and noisy.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Puerto Rico. Excellent location, next to the ******,right on the beach, and a full kitchen safes you lots of money and I can keep my medication in the refrigerator. Free parking. Yeahhh. However it is really in need of much needed renovation. The carpet was horrible. They need new towels No working phone in the room But I will return. It’s now more like a motel then a hotel.

It the old hotel and the room smell humid not well maintained you have to ask for basic things like sponge for wash dishes

The second day we stayed there we realize we was getting eaten up by bedbugs all over our bodies. It Have to be over 100 bites per person( three people and we had two different rooms).

The location is great!! Parking is on site but little walk. The room is big and looked clean , now the beds are full size not queen , hard when you are used to a King size bed at home, pillows where comfortable but to get someone to bring u any extras is a mission , they rarely pick up the phone in the front desk. The pool was not working , they are remodeling It should definitely say it when u reserve and have a better rate at night since that Perk u Can’t use , front desk lady that did the check in was amazing and kind and quick ! For check out a different story , slow , barely customer interaction not friendly. They only clean the rooms every 3-4 days , garbage u need to take out , if u need more towels you need to call manny times or go to front desk. Is unfortunate since the location is so so good, but that was our experience.

From the check in to the check out, everyone was super nice and personable. I would definitely stay at ESJ Towers when I visit again! Thank You!

The most worst hotel I've ever been to The images on ******* don't look the same. Both the hotel and the rooms have an overpowering musty odor. The towels and bedding don't have a crisp, clean scent. Housekeeping never took out the trash or changed the sheets. Not only were the restaurant and bar closed, but the elevators were malfunctioning. The equipment at the gym was old and extremely unclean. You will regret staying at this hotel, so avoid it.

Great staff all around. The property was right on the beach. Check-in and out was very smooth. Shopping, dinning and live entertainment was within walking distance. We will return.

The assigned bedroom was not what we expected, it is not a hotel (no soap, shampoo, etc.) no breakfast included (there are hotels that include it and for a lower bedroom price). The building is not in the best condition.
