Room 302 was a dump.
Dirty, missing all but two small towel , one roll of toilet paper.
Stayed only one nite.
Manager was considered of the situation and refunded remaining two days.
The surrounding area has a clean beach with plenty of activities.
The building was clean, quit, secured and parking is available and secure.
Unfortunately the owner does take care of room 302.
It does not represent the pictures on ******* and it is dated at least 6-10 years.

The property itself is very old and outdated. Little bugs everywhere, leaky shower, rusty refrigerator and air conditioner leaks water everywhere. They advertise as an ocean view but when you get there it’s just a partial ocean view so you don’t get what you pay for and owner of property doesn’t even try to help or accommodate a change for why you paid for. Would not recommend.

The facilities were pretty bad, not as shown in the picture. TV didn't work. Left next morning. The host was very caring and we had good communication. Agreed to refund one night

This place is TERRIBLE needs major updating no hot water bugs bed felt like I was laying on concrete it’s way to small this wasn’t no condo it’s a kids size room made my stay in pr not worth it location is perfect but besides that worst place I ever stayed wish I could get a refund wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy….

The location is perfect but the owner REALLY needs to update the mattress for bed and futon. Also, the futon was broken.

Very good and easy to use and the location is good front of the beach and no problem with the parking and the building is good

The building is located infront of a landfill, which is next to the beach. It is not a condo--it is a very small apar**ent building with and old elevator that was not up to date on inspection. The room itself had old and broken plumbing and roaches on the stovetop, which had food residue on the edges of the gas outlet.

There was nothing unique about the accommodations. The room I received was poorly maintained. There was a water stain/crack on the ceiling tiles. My window shutters would not fully close, which made the AC functionality useless. The frame of the futon in my room was falling apart and the mattress had no padding and was paper thin. On top of it all, there was a musty/mold smell throughout the room.
