The property in clean, close to the beach, and to the SJU airport . The staff is friendly. It was a pleasant experience.

Great hotel right by the beach and nice staff. The rooms were clean and just enough space for my mom and I. Great location near eateries and beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Do not stay here! The front desk never answers, I mean ever. I had a room that was freezing and the thermostat would only keep it on cold. Every night it dropped to 60 in there. I was told that’s how all rooms are and there was nothing they could do so I just had to suffer through it. The rooms are very cramped and a lot smaller than the pictures show. The walls are paper thin, I could hear everything from the neighbors room and the people staying around me the entire 5 nights I was there were loud and slamming doors all hours of the night. The service at their restaurant is ridiculous, 1 1/2 hours waiting to get our food and there was only 2 other couples there! Also the area it’s in is really shady. Staying in this hotel totally ruined my vacation!

Pros: friendly staff, shout out to Alexandra at the front desk. Room is small but the bed is comfortable. Swimming pool nice and clean.
Cons: bathroom too small ans exhaust very noisy. No breakfast included and the restaurant inside offered a buffet by $20 , limited and refilling was terrible.

This was our worst experience in many years! Unskilled, unprepared and unmannered front desk personnel. Freezing in room 215. After much insistence, we were moved to 419, which was better. We did NOT get upgrade. We asked for a 2 hours late check-in, for several days. They denied the late check-in in the last moment. A large group of teenagers were partying all night long. The hotel is completely overpriced (an average of over 300 USD per night), for an ordinary room.

The concierge was terrible. They were not helpful. When I checked in I also was charged extra for fees and parking after paying so much per night on *******. Prices were not discussed before hand only at check out

Oh we stay was good, rooms are very small. Staff in the lobby made mistake after a mistake. Didn’t give us what we needed for the parking lot several times. Price was expensive but I guess that is what to expect in a semi nice hotel in San Juan.

I came to this property to stay and the first night I got there there no lights . They really low then the showers leak water on the floors where we had to use towels to everyday to keep it dry. Then at night getting in bed a roach was crawling up my bed . I went to front desk and I wasn’t even accommodated a upgrade in room when I had the pic of roach . I was moved to another room there was no sorry not credit nothing rewarded to me . Another throng is they charged u 15 dollars a day parking and 300 deposit hold
