I prepaid trough you web but when I arrived to the hotel the money of u guys to them NO was. I had to pay again at the counter of the hotel. Need to refund my money asap. The worst situation is that I have other prepaid booking this June 1st for 2 nights. It’s going to happening again. No money available will be at the hotel ???? Need answers right now. We trusted in you.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

Good location, comfy beds and very polite service . They could clean more the rugs in the halls and the elevator . Overall it was a good service. But the breakfast could be better

I didn't like how when I arrived they were unaware and unprepared for my VIP status, so throughout the stay I had to remind them to provide the discount etc. However, my room upgrade was phenomenal.
The hotel itself is okay. Food is mediocre and the area is near nothing.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Ample and comfortable. Great beds and well appointed bathrooms. Food was good and staff was great.

The hotel is nice overall. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast buffet was decent. A pretty good selection with slight variations day to day.
The hotel is relatively close to the airport and away from most tourist attraction. It is beachfront, but you should know the beach is public and full of hawkers. The hotel has no control over beach activities. We had a room with a "beach view" and while you could see the beach, it was more of a glimpse through the side of the hotel and a neighboring building, so I wouldn't pay extra for a view. The hotel does have a couple of modest sized swimming pools.
We had a suite, which really was like 2 adjoining rooms sharing a foyer. The foyer had an annoying light that would blink on and off and the light would leak into each room. The bathroom faucet didn't really fit the sink and so would spill water onto the surface. Other than that the hotel was in decent condition, we had no major problems, and I would not mind staying here again.
Overall, the building was reasonably well maintained, and the staff did a great job, from reception to housekeeping to the kitchen.
