The people are lovely, very willing to help.
The hotel is lovely with good amenities
Unlike the other hotel we stayed the staff was quite prompt in catering for us tea drinkers
The room I stayed could be a bit lighter and airy
The shower also could be updated and similar to the other hotel, a kettle in the room will be awesome

Cartagena as a vibrant city can be very noisy, but this hotel is located in a quiet area -still walkable distance to the main attractions- that is much appreciated. Please keep in mind that the building is very old and amazingly well kept; however, our room had a roof water leak. Other than that, the staying was perfect.

We love Armería Real. Great comfy rooms, excellent service, and overall great value for money. Also a great location to explore Getsemani and the Old City.

I enjoyed the hotel in general. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and tasteful, excellent coffee. Walking distance from restaurants and old romantic neighborhood.
The hotel is very pretty and well kept.

Breakfast was not very good. The rooftop and bar is poor. The elevator was damage during the stay
