I was placed on the ground floor which could be very noisy for some people. Room was closed to house keeping, vending machine and other hotel function rooms.
If you are a light sleeper, I recommend to specifically ask for top floors and quite wing.
Location is 6 mins to Terminal 2, making it very convenient to go in and out to the airport.

Comfortable bed. No grab bar in shower. No bathroom exhaust fan. TV was a chore to operate. No instructions left in room. e

The young lady who checked me in was so pleasant, she made my day because before that I was not having the best day!!! Kudos to her for having such a positive attitude and a professional approach to my checking into the room.

Rooms at the front were very quiet. Front desk staff were a bit gruff. Typical breakfast. Lots of construction around the area made navigation difficult. Very clean.

I have to admit my stay at this hotel got off to a rough start. When I got into my room, I realized the air conditioning unit wasn't working, and I'm one of those people that like it cold. The front desk staff was incredible. Within an hour, they had moved me to an identical room on the same floor. They were so helpful. The rooms are very very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was more than spacious and had a high shower head, which is great for taller people. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and the staff really made the stay very nice.
