I booked a surprise getaway to Casablanca for my boyfriend’s birthday which was ruined by the hotel. Upon first arrival, the hotel is further away from the landmarks and train station than initially thought - around 25 min walk from the train station. When we entered the room the bedroom seemed nice, clean and modern. When entering the bathroom the towel rail fell off the wall and hit my partner on the head. The shower was broken and water came from a small part of the shower at an incredibly slow pace. The balcony doors do not fully shut and the hotel is on a main road so constantly busy with traffic sounds all throughout the night and the rooms are incredibly cold. The curtains also didn’t properly fit the balcony doors so there was no way of making the room dark. To top it all off, I was told by the staff that I had booked a transfer to RAK airport for 450dhs only to find out that they were ‘unsure who had said this’ and would not honour this they instead said we could get a taxi for 2000dhs. We checked out of the hotel early and will not be returning. We expressed our complaints to the front desk staff who called a manager to come and speak to us but she said she would not come downstairs to speak with us. Terrible hotel, terrible management and whoever runs the *********** page ruined our holiday.

Having seen the reviews and photos from previously, I can say this was based on the old interior design and it looks to me a lot has changed. I'm also guessing the staff has changed as we had a lovely host on reception. We only stayed one night in mid August. We were told of paying a slightly higher rate than what I had reserved. I mentioned it to the man on reception who without hesiatation, rang management and gave us the room at the rate I had seen originally. We were offered a room with a double and single bed or the one I had reserved - 3 single beds. We chose the latter as we just liked it better, after they kindly offered to show us both. There was a balcony which was a bonus. The room came with a mini fridge and I think a safe too. Complimentary toiletries were provided too. However the telephone didn't work and the room needed more USB ports/electrical switches. We weren't provided slippers as shown on their photos. It was a buffet breakfast and therefore plenty of choices. The staff there were polite and friendly. The hotel is opposite a supermarket which is very useful. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but I would recommend staying at this hotel. My son loved it. The reception area is nice and they hold luggage for you too.

Les chambres notamment la 105 La fenêtre ne joint pas,grand espace en haut donc bruits de la rue,bar animé ou boite de nuit,je n ai pas été voir. Pas très propre La salle de bain wc qui bouge,lavabo avec cheveux,sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas….. Petit déjeuner pas prêt à l heure d’ ouverture Wc hall d accueil très sale Le personnel sympathique pas de possibilité pour payer en carte à l arrivée Le personnel a appelé un taxi pour nous emmener au restaurant sauf que celui ci nous a conduit ailleurs pas à l endroit voulu Bref pas une bonne expérience

Le personnel est gentille, mais la structure très très sale mauvaise odeur qu’il arrive dans la salle de bain impossible de dormir, sans ouvrir la fenêtre, plein de poussière dans la chambre et la terrasse inaccessible à cause des pigeons . il y a de mieux. je ne le conseille pas.

Hotel fatiscente.. andate a controllare prima di dire che è un 4 stelle ..la doccia lascia molto desiderare meno di 20 cm senza porta, sporco e fuori pieno di piccioni il balcone è luogo giusto per prendere una bella malattia.. devo anche spendere duecento lettere per lasciare la recensione

Recensione È stata la peggiore esperienza in un hotel. Hotel sporco con piume di piccione in camera, bagno sporco e in fase di ristrutturazione, NON SICURO (agevolo foto a seguire), in una pessima zona , con personale della reception, il ragazzo biondino con gli occhiali, veramente maleducato. Ci ha trattato con sufficienza/snob e presunzione quando siamo arrivati, senza spiegarci nulla (orari della colazione per esempio). Oltretutto quando ho chiesto spiegazioni relative ad una lampada in camera con i fili elettrici scoperti non è stato in grado di prendere una decisione e cambiarci camera. La porta-finestra sul balcone era rotta e non sicura, a mia lamentela sempre con il ragazzo biondino con gli occhiali della reception mi ha risposto dicendo che era “safe” oltretutto facendo pesanti e razziste insinuazioni in merito al fatto che non eravamo a Napoli in Italia, mimando che a Napoli si spara alle persone. Tengo a precisare che a Casablanca, alla faccia della città “safe” ci avevano appena rubato il cellulare. Io e il mio fidanzato siamo italiani e posso assicurare chiunque che Napoli non è assolutamente come descritto dal signore con evidenti problemi di pregiudizi nei confronti di Napoli e degli italiani. Oltretutto il simpatico e gentile signore mi ha strappato di mano la tessera della camera. Che dire di altro, noi da grandi signori abbiamo pagato la camera la mattina dopo anche per le notti concordate e siamo andati via! Oltretutto il pagamento con il bancomat non era possibile. È tutto ok questo per Booking??? Le foto su Booking/Tripadvisor sono davvero ingannevoli, non è assolutamente come mostrato. Sconsigliato
