I was very happy with the service at the hotel. It did not have time to take advantage of the service they offered.

Excellent place to stay for family reunion. Beautiful property, clean rooms and pool with a Mountain View. Staff very friendly and accommodating and food is good at restaurant. Margaritas are the best in Tucson!

We had an ok stay but not worth the price. The grounds are nice and well maintained but the rooms…not so much. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The daily resort fee was a cash grab

Didn’t stay at the hotel. There was an error in booking. Wanted to change the date. Should have been fCan’t get a hold of anyone to help or assist to cancel it and even a live person to talk too.

The property was beautiful the breakfast was amazing lots of options only 1 issue toilet paper was not left daily had to ask for a roll everyday that was the only issue everything else was great the staff was friendly and kind and respectful

The staff was very friendly and genuine. Sweet stay overall.
My 6'2" husband would've appreciated a more modern & therefore taller toilet!

Perfect location. Pretty clean. Just needs some updating like gym didn't have working water cooler, no bath soap, sliding door curtains were old with holes, and not easy to slide the door. No vent fan in bathrooms.
But for the price it was everything we needed and free breakfast is a plus and was good!

When we arrive, there is no one at the front desk and I had to go look for them. They have a restaurant that is sorely understaffed and we had a wait a very long time for our food. The TV didn’t work, and when I asked someone to come fix it they never showed up. The milk at their breakfast was curdled and expired. The manager said he would adjust the bill.

When I arrived the room said it had been cleaned. It wasn’t. The sheets were dirty and there was blood on them. They made the bed like it had been cleaned but it had not been done and still gave me the room. They decided to move me to another room in which was occupied by another couple. Finally the 3rd room is what I should have received from the beginning.
