Attratti dal fatto che fosse vicino alla reggia di Caserta, ho prenotato una stanza per tre persone per le festività a cavallo del fine anno. Tutto questo con l'argo anticipo, a distanza di circa un mese dalla prenotazione vengo contattato dalla struttura del b&b la quale ma dice che c'è stato un errore e che non può ospitare 3 persone (io, mia moglie e nostro figlio) .la stanza è molto piccola e mi propone il rimborso, io gli chiedo di trovarmi una soluzione anche una brandina volante in stanza. Una volta accettato i giorni passano e il giorno prima della partenza solo dopo aver chiamato io per appurare una cosa per il check-in il signore con molta naturalezza senza farsi alcun problema ci ha dato il regalo di fine anno ,dicendo che era impossibilitato in quanto in ospedale , abbandonandoci senza una soluzione , che per amor del cielo ci può pure stare un incidente ma senza avvertire minimamente ?Se fossimo arrivati al b&b avremmo trovato di tutto tranne la stanza prenotata ...Pessima esperienza , inaffidabilità totale,meno male che siamo stati tutelati tramite booking . Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
