Can't fault anything. From the staff to the professional service they gave. From the facilities to the very clean rooms. And even the food be it breakfast or evening meal. Everything was absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much to you all.

From entering into the reception we couldn’t fault anything. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The food at breakfast was excellent, we didn’t experience the restaurant as we were seeing family who live in Guernsey. The staff were polite and friendly as well as helpful. We will definitely stay there again without any hesitation.

A very relaxing stay in this great hotel - mainly for work, but fortunatley over a long weekend! My room was spotless and very comfortable; every single member of staff was helpful, cheerful and very professional (a rare experience!) and the food delicious and very good value. I don't think my four night stay could have been improved in any way - well done and thankyou to all the staff and management!

We arrived to a warm welcome from the receptionist at 1.00pm on Friday 12th April. Our check-in was swift and efficient. We were shown to our conservatory suite which was lovely and very comfortable. We decided to treat ourselves as it was our 45th wedding anniversary. A nice touch was the champagne and a lovely worded card from the hotel. We quickly settled in and went for drinks and a lovely lunch of lobster Thermidor and whole Chancre crab which was delicious. Dinner was delightful and food was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Overall we had a lovely Staycation. All staff were friendly, efficient, professional and accommodating. So nice to have staff who smile and were well trained. Atmosphere, gardens and facilities were very good. Just a few constructive comments which would have changed our 4 star rating to 5 stars: • Side table in our suite was broken • Some tiles cracked on the conservatory floor • Conservatory door bottom frame threshold plate leading to the garden was black with dust • Bathroom door would not close as the door latch was stuck • Shower bottom plinth was flapping around as it had not been fitted properly • Bathroom door base needed sanding as it was catching on the tiles • We were in room 32 which has a room service cupboard, housing towels, sheets etc. next to us. Unfortunately it got noisy around 7.00am, we assume with staff accessing the cupboard for change overs These were minor points and in no way affected our stay however an ‘eye for detail’ could easily address these areas. Many thanks and we’ll be back.

Well serviced and lovely surroundings with well kept rooms and entrance that carried throughout the hotel. Meals were superb and reception provides a very friendly welcome - in fact all the staff provided a caring service throughout. All in all a relaxed and pleasant first visit to this island with such helpful and considerate customer care - an experience 'par excellence'.

Our “garden” room was excellent - spacious and spotlessly clean. Dinner was very enjoyable. The staff - as always - were professional, friendly and efficient. Check-in / out smooth. This is our 4th staycation and all have been equally enjoyable.

Suite room.A very spacious room with lovely views over the gardens and access from our own conservatory seating area. Bed was very big and comfortable and the shower room was modern and bright. Nice bar area for drinks in the evening and lobster for a special dinner!

Lovely staff, lovely food, very helpful, beds were comfortable, room was very clean, room cleaned everyday, very well run hotel, and in a lovely area, near le friquet garden centre, which was lovely to browse around, We enjoyed our stay, thank you. Xx

The room was spacious and clean ..as was the shower room . The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back . I had accidentally left my watch in our room and was called within two hours of leaving the hotel . Very satisfied customer
