Spa bellissima ed hotel molto carino

We spent a couple of relaxing days here, setting aside time to use the beautiful Spa. The grounds are green and well kept, although there was some noise from the nearby roads. Breakfast (included) was excellent and abundant. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good and the setting was refined without being stuffy or pretentious (thanks to the young waiter who was just learning the ropes and doing very well).

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Since we stayed from Monday to Friday, the hotel had very few guests. Since the days were hot, we spent many relaxed hours in the different pools in the spa. The buildings have been rennovated with very good taste, maintaining the traditional stone exterior walls. On our first night, the AC was not working. Since it could not be repaired, we got upgraded to a Suite room which was like a dream. The Suite rooms are very stylish with high ceilings and an extra bed where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Our room also had a steam bath and a private entry to the spa. The breakfast, snacks and drinks from the Bistro and the restaurant are all reasonably good. For me, the highlight was the extremely friendly staff who were very helpful. The Indian staff also made me feel especially at home.

We had our wedding at Borgo Lanciano and having not visited the area or hotel before we didn't know what to expect, the moment we got to Borgo Lanciano we fell in love with it, it is the perfect mix of modern and rustic and has such a relaxed and magical atmosphere. The grounds are very well kept and the attention to detail is very impressive, the rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The view from the Kimben Suite was amazing and we miss it everyday since we left. The spa area is recently renovated and is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate, the variety of pools and relaxation areas are great and there is a restaurant which serves good quality food and drinks to enjoy during the day. The staff here and throughout the hotel were amazing and so friendly. Leading up to the event, the communication and professionalism of Monica was the best we have ever experienced, she is an amazing wedding planner and is devoted to ensuring that all guests have a great stay at Borgo Lanciano. The time and effort that went into organising our day was so impressive, every little detail was as important to Monica as it was to us, she took away all our stress and worry and gave us the best day of our lives. All of our guests loved the food, wine and all the details of our wedding day, everybody had a great time and commented on how beautiful the day was. It was a truly unforgettable experience. We take with us some amazing memories from Borgo Lanciano and cannot thank Monica and all the staff enough for the best days of our lives. We will be forever grateful for everything. We are already planning our next trip and cannot wait to visit this magical resort again very soon.

We spent a lovely weekend at Borgo Lanciano. Overall positive experience, the place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, the spa was great and clean, everyone was super nice and attentive. We had dinner at their restaurant I Due Angeli and the food was superb! The only downside was when we got back into our room after the cleaning services, to find our pijamas on top of our luggages like if they had been thrown there, almost touching the floor.. but a post from that, all good!

Could NOT get room cooler. Adjusted AC on thermostat and also turned unit to lowest setting, but we roasted. Couldn’t open Windows because no screens against mosquitoes. Other than that, it was clean and spacious. Restaurant was quite nice for dinner, and breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. I would recommend

Soggiorno di una notte con cena e colazione nella bellissima struttura, per trascorrere un weekend dove rilassarsi a tutto tondo. Ottima sia la cena che la colazione presso il ristorante I Due Angeli. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio massaggi davvero bravi gli operatori.

Siamo stati una notte con formula pernottamento, spa e colazione. Tutto ottimo, atmosfera rilassante e suggestiva, camera suite Kimben molto silenziosa, spaziosa, pulita. Spa eccezionale, nonostante la pioggia nella piscina esterna con idromassaggio si stava divinamente. Ambiente profumato e pulito. Il personale un po’ freddo, distaccato, sembrava un po’ disorientato anche, abbiamo optato per un massaggio di 50 minuti, molto bello a dire il vero ma anche qui, unica nota dolente è che 100€ per 50 minuti si pretenderebbe che 50 minuti siano effettivi, e invece tra il farci sistemare in cabina, cambiarci, posizionarci, una decina di minuti sono stati persi quindi la durata effettiva del massaggio non era 50 minuti. Il check in era alle 14 eppure ancora la stanza non era pronta, ci hanno dato le chiavi alle 14:30, questo aspetto mi ha un po’ infastidita perché da un relais di certo livello mi aspetto precisione. Non abbiamo cenato al ristorante i due angeli quindi non posso dire nulla, colazione abbondante però è molto buona, prodotti e torte fatte in casa. Ritorneremo!

Nell'insieme non vale il costo. A parte la location che è molto curata e immersa nella tranquillità il prezzo non è giustificato al tipo di servizio presente nelle camere e nella struttura. Stanza fredda, cucchiaini in plastica per il thé e prezzi folli per il bar nella spa.
