Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house. Sandy beach "La Merangola" 14 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 20 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Chiusi 9 km, Panicale 11 km, Città Della Pieve 17 km, Cetona 18 km, Cortona 30 km, Perugia 45 km. Please note: car recommended.
