Missed the simple things like a bath mat, a non slip mat to use while showering and drinking glasses available in the room.
Bed was okay, a little creaky and “well used”

位於市中心。房間面積大、乾淨舒適。缺點是旁邊的聖瑪麗教堂每隔15分鐘敲鐘一次，夜深人靜時響；酒店的免費wifi限制性強，每24小時衹能上一次、每次30分鐘，網速慢。

I didn't have any shower gel or soap, so I approached the staff member three times. On the third attempt, they gave me the gel in two different tea cups. I ended up using the gel by pouring it from the cups, which felt quite odd, especially since I paid the full amount for my stay. While the team mentioned that breakfast would be complimentary, I've stayed at other hotels, such as The Z Hotel, where basic amenities like soap, shower gel, toothpaste, and water were provided. I'm not sure if it's Travelodge's policy to provide water in the room, but I was expecting it based on my experiences at other hotels. This was my first stay with Travelodge but anyway it was mix and match and I am not sure what to say.

Absolutely furious with my stay we had them put us in a different room the bathroom was extremely bad with hairs in the sink and bath which give me a creepy crawling feeling as I have to shower the place is unhygienic with bad cleaners obviously and the staff are completely rude blaming us for someone who was there before us wrapping up smoke alarm my partner has anxiety and he accused us before of smoking in the hotel when we weren't and he's extremely upset and anxious we will never stay here ever again the hotel needs a good scrub and clean absolutely rotten they swapped us rooms but ended up having a worse effected bathroom than before

Absouletly dissatisfied with my stay the hotel rooms are dirty they gave us another room which had a worse deal again in the bathroom all they seem to care about is making money and not satisfied customer reviews or cleaning the bath and sink had black hairs in them they accused us of wrapping the fire alarm up which was already like it the staff member was rude to my partner who suffers with anxiety anyway this is far the worse hotel I've ever stayed in and I'm a hotel reviewer so is my partner I'm absolutely furious my stay here has been the worse it ever has been I'm really annoyed evan got accused of wrapping the smoke alarm about 2 hours after complaining about the room hygiene

What really made it an enjoyable stay, was the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the entire team here. However, a special mention must be made to the Night Porter, Dave, who is one of the most relaxed and awesome Night Porters I have ever met.

A very reasonably priced hotel in a central part of the city, Travelodge fulfilled my purpose providing somewhere to stay while visiting relatives who could not accommodate me

Nice stay at this hotel, but I couldn’t get breakfast in the morning, I did ask in the morning, but it would have been nice if there was an option to ask in the morning rather than give 24 hours notice
