Passi il pessimo biglietto da visita dell'ingresso dello stabile, passi la mancata manutenzione di alcune parti dell'appartamento, rubinetti e finestre. Ma la "chicca" è stato il tesoro rinvenuto sotto il letto matrimoniale. Tesoro smarrito da precedenti, molto precedenti, ospiti, calzini e altre cose non identificate. Il tutto condito da una montagna di polvere. Consigliamo una corretta e profonda pulizia. Unico lato positivo è la centralità della struttura. Sconsigliato

Ingresso lugubre, struttura sporca e malfunzionante. Piove dentro. Riscaldamento rotto, ci sono poi le pompe di calore in camera vecchie e rumorose. Ambienti sporchi. Il bagno freddo col rubinetto rotto. Unica nota la posizione. Ma col prezzo pagato si trova di meglio. Lo sconsiglio
