Nice apar**ents. Clean, spacious, very easy to communicate with staff. We were allowed early check-in, which was very helpful.

The residence was lovely, aircon in both bedrooms and living space was great for getting back from a hot day out. The appar**ent was very clean and they even let us drop our bags off in the appar**ent early before cleaning was finished which was very kind of them. The lady that let us in was lovely and we had a free bottle of wine on arrival. The appar**ent had a washing maching which was a life saver, the balcony was a nice size. The walk to the main tourist area past Bellini park is about 15 mins, which our kids (6 and 9) were fine with. Catania was a beautiful city and we had a fab time. An uber from the residence to the sandy beach was €20-€30. We would recommend staying here.

Bugs in property on first night. Bug spray provided by cleaner. Reception did not understand my issue, luckily cleaner was cleaning other rooms and helped me. Further issue with cockroaches in property. Again reception could not understand my full issue and when they eventually did they advised cleaner had sorted it and removed cockroach. After returning to the property and been advised it was sorted. The cockroach was still there (the cockroach was 1.5 inches bug as well!) So they either lied to me or did not understand what i was asking them to confirm. Further issue. Power tripped in property. I only had tv, washing machine on and the air con, receptions answer was Don't have the air con on whilst i am washing my clothes! (During a heatwave!) very poor response. Very disappointed. Property looks nice on pictures but i would not recommend staying here and i would not stay here again. Only saving grace was the lovely Marina who checked me in and helped with some of my issues.

The apar**ent was clean, all the facilities worked , including the air conditioning which as great. Unfortunately the lift broke down so carrying suitcases up / down four flights of marble staircase was a challenge . Also be aware there are three sets of codes to get into the apar**ent and to lock / unlock the door of the apar**ent took a day or so to master it. Luckily we got help from others in the apar**ent. Admittedly we were tired after our flight and there is alot of information to take in. Lesson, before agent leaves, make sure you go through the entey codes youself to make sure you can get in/out the building.

We were in the apar**ent, a family of 4. The apar**ent is very small in the photos, it looks big and spacious The pictures are very misleading The shower is really small, you can hardly move in it We had a problem that there was no hot water to shower when we returned from a trip in the evening and it was only fixed the next evening In our opinion, the service is very poor They said we would receive compensation and did not give any compensation Good things to say: The kitchen is spacious and equipped The living room is spacious One spacious and comfortable bedroom Their service is kind and nice people

The manager and the house cleaning staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would have liked to have more supplies for cooking, like a good bread knife, cutting board and maybe a drip coffee maker.

We booked deluxe flat with terrace for a one week. We booked straight from Ferrini homes website. The flat wasn’t what promised on website. There is not two ”real” room, but the second one is only a cramped loft above the kitchen, where there is no window, but the window opening in the kitchen extends right up to the loft. All sounds can be heard from the kitchen to the loft. The "living room" was just a small sitting area for two or at most three. The terrace was big, but the sun never shone there. There was also no promised view. There was no coat rack for outerwear. Also, the promised microwave and clothes ironing equipment were only available on separate request. The kitchen equipment was scarce. The stairs up are narrow and there is no place for suitcases at the top. The walls are thin and the sounds of neighboring apar**ents can be heard through. The area is uncomfortable and you have to go through dark, narrow alleys to get to the apar**ent. Walking in the dark is not recommended in this area. From the street, the noise of nightlife and traffic can be heard inside at night. It was difficult to open the front door. Once it was not even possible to get out of the apar**ent. Not very safe in a fire or other emergency. Wifi couldn't work at all. It was also difficult to turn on the television. The bed in the bedroom was good, although there was a lot of dust and garbage under it. I felt cheated.

Great customer service, actually most perfect one we’ve got so far in Italy during our trip. Appar**ents are clean, renovated with a good taste and make you feel like home and not in a hotel. Location is central and is within walking distance to all recommended restaurants and attractions. We were driving and despite rumors it was pretty easy to find street parking even during peak times. Definitely recommend this place to stay during your stay in Catania.
