Pestana Cayo Coco Beach Resort

I was expecting food shortage but they were plenty of food. I was hoping I can reduce weight on this trip. Lol. I like fish and I had fish everyday. There was pork, chicken and beef dishes everyday. I had omelette every morning. Coffee was weak. But I drank a cup of Expresso at the bar before breakfast. I especially like the Catamaran. 25 mins free ride with a captain. The next day we went on snorkeling. Can $25 per person for 1.5 hours. We had plenty of time snorkeling. We brought bread and colorful fish came in dozens for the bread. We also enjoyed the free kayak and paddle boat. There were Standup Sail but we didn't know how. There are activities all day and show time at night. We took a bus from the hotel to Playa Pillar, a public beach, for U.S.$5 per person. There was free washroom where you can change. You can also rent a beach chair for U.S. $5. The beach was just a little bit better than the hotel. They did have sea ****s but was cleared manually. I didn't see any sea **** in Playa Paraiso. There were no rocks too. The hotels on both sides of Paraiso had rocks and sea ****s. I will come again for sure.

Spent a beautiful week at this hotel. The beach is amazing, the hotel is well maintained, the staff is incredible and how to forget the entertainment team. They made our week at the hotel very fun: lots of activities and dancing! Special mention to Rafael, Breno and Yelixa, they are very great!

I went at the resort one month ago with my family and I we absolutely loved the place ! The entertainers are incredible , the DJ too ! Taimy is my favourite of all , she was so kind with everyone and she had so much energy, I really loved her ! Also nobody in the resort have been sick, every food or drink they have were completely safe ! I have nothing bad to say about our trip to playa paraiso , we enjoyed it very much !

Second time to this resort. Spring break and again now (May) Some shortages as to be expected in Cuba but the vibes and scenery here definitely make up for it. The staff are all very friendly and entertainment staff work so hard for tourists. Chris is definitely my favourite 😊 made many friends and will absolutely come back. Rooms are fine. You don’t spend much time in them so they serve their purpose.

Just returned after 2 weeks in this paradise of a hotel. We have been there plenty of times so as a repeat guest we had a special dinner prepared by a new chef from the Dominican named Nicolas and OMG can he cook. Annelys from Customer Service did an excellent job making sure everything was perfect and met all of our requests due to some guests having food allergies. Excellent job Annelys! All the staff was amazing to many to mention, lets just say if you work there you are amazing. We had plenty of food, there is always something to eat. If you are looking for a wonderful place to relax and just enjoy the beach then this is a paradise you must go to

I went in April 2024 and the team at paraiso is outstanding! Alejandro and Dari were really my favorite entertainers, they are smiling, energetic and very kind! The animators were excellent dancers who made my family and I want to dance at all the activities of the 2 weeks spent there! Thank you to the playa paraiso team for a great holiday Me and my Sister come back soon!

The care we personally got from Disnay who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more every single day. Our room was spotless and we ran out of nothing. A special thank you to Dayana at reception who is always making sure everything is perfect for us. We have been to this hotel many, many times, the beach and the people are the reason we will be back next year. Thank you Disnay and Dayana for making our stay extra special

We got room with strong smell of mold. We paid $165 plus $10 tips to upgrade to suite. There was no cold water. We should take showers fast. Nobody can fix problem. Finally they close completely cold water. We couldn't flush toilet. Nobody care.
