Grand Memories Santa Maria

Older place but nice. The food at the restaurant was great. No issues with our rooms. The beach was wonderful and clean. Diamond club is the way to go. There were many excursions available like dolphin swim, jeep safari and private visits to local towns. The only issue was mosquito at night on the walks to the beach. Many places to eat and beach toys were free.

My 5th and last trip to Cuba, save yourself the aggrivation and go somewhere else. Apparently Cubans swarm the hotels in August and get prefferencial treatment, come to buffet and leave with bags of food leaving loterally nothing, unless you get there early, you fight for food. The hotel is dirty, cups and garbage everywhere, not to mention roaches the size of a thumb. Some rooms are crawling with ants. If you want food between the meals, you wait 2 hrs if you’re lucky. A la carte restaurant brought out a plate that looked like it was already served to someone else. Pool is so nasty we forbid our girls to go in, they actually had to shut it down one day because it was so filthy. Most staff is very nice and beach is beautiful.

I spend a great Time in this resort the Entertainment team Is the Best, specially Hansel,Denis, Yeisel and René, really good services in the buffet and rooms, clean and beautifull beach, beautifull pool great animation, always good pizza in the lobby, good show un the theater. Next Time i Will go back here.

This was not what it claims to be. First of all the beach and water is amazing. Crystal clear water, white sand heaven. But there is no working phone in the room, the coffee machine is only for looks. But our view of that beautiful sea was amazing. As usual for Cuba the food was terrible but we went to the little village 3 nights for supper. We had the restaurant to ourselves. We definitely wouldnt go back to this resort.

Diamond Club in Grand Memories Santa Maria has excellence service. Good and tasty food specials for lunch. Good, quality drinks for Diamond Club members. Four times reservation à la carte in the restaurant. Special thanks for Diamond Club representative Nordelys, Malvia and the manager Yailin. We recomend to come to this resort for everybody. It's family friendly. Definitely we coming back winter time.

We were there last week. From the staff that greeted us to the guys and girls at the bars and the beach, they took wonderful care of us. Without a doubt a hotel full of magic, collaborators full of energy and good service. The beach, the pool areas are clean and well kept and we will definitely come back.

Grand memories is in the name. I went during off season, not a lot of workers but they work hard with what and who they have. Upside to down season, there is hardly any one there, no fighting for spots on beach, restaurants or pool chairs. Lots of food in the Buffet, grills on the beach and the pizza is worth the wait. Staff are friendly and approachable makes you feel like family by the time you go home. The beach is beyond beautiful, crystal clear waters. Downside is there were shortages but nothing I couldn’t live without. We had issues all week with our air conditioner and no one fixed it so that was difficult to sleep with. Bedsheets changed only once so again hard to sleep with sand. All in all it was a beautiful week. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. And I will be back

Best place to enjoy hollidays, we stayed for one weend and was The Best choise, people it's amazing, beach the Best, quiet, clean and colorfull. We Will be back to keep visiting more places like cayo santa María. Thank everybody for make our stay The best

I always go to memories it is absolutely the best!!! Location is excellent the staff is hard working and very caring the food is very good.this time I bought diamond club and very happy with Malvia and Nordelys who are always ready to help 24 /7 .
