the hotel is very old, not clean enough. The room make up service is very thoughtless, no body cleaner available everyday. Although there is shopping mall nearby, the mall is very old too. Moreover, the traffic jam is very serious around the hotel. The breakfast is not good in taste and lot of flies around. finally, it is unacceptable to have cockroach in the room.

Montebello is home to this GORGEOUS Villa! The staff there were incredible, and buffet breakfast served was top notch, and the rooms were good too! My only issue is that the hotel looked at my partner and I (being a same-sex couple) and decided to give us a room with two single beds, instead of the double bed room we had actually booked.

The worst experience in Philippines in this resort.
Continuous hammer mouse and drill machines during all weekend.
Very bad experience at one if their best rooms
Really customer is not respected here
