Consistently clean & tidy, with good value of money. convenient city center location, friendly staff, luxurious amenities, comfortable. well equipped rooms.

The front dest device was good . But there a problem with cleaning the room .
The service can spend days without cleaning or changing the sheets. They don't know anything, as a tourist if you need to visit Cebu or do same activities they can't help you .
For the breakfast simple but okay .

The location of Bayfront Hotel Cebu Capital Site is very good. Meter taxi from Airport to hotel is about 350p. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is below my expectations, limited choice, foods are not very warm. The bed is comfortable but too soft for elderly. Elderly normally need a firm bed. Overall, this hotel is value for money.

As expected, the hotel accommodation was a good pick. The room was spacious enough and all the amenities were working fine. The staff are also welcoming and immediately acts on every request that we need. All in all Bayfront is 10/10. Thank you and surely will be returning back.

The manager was very good since there was a changed with the rate of the hotel due to the peak season she still let us get in to the hotel I was very amazed how quickly they responded

Facility is clean, only drawback was that other guests were noisy, I could here them middle of the night. You have to pay 100php for additional towel. Food was delicious.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Bayfront Hotel Capitol Site. We arrived late at night but quite surprised to learn that our room accommodation was upgraded from Classic to Studio Executive at no extra cost! We really appreciate it. Thank you!
