Mövenpick Hotel Jakarta City Centre

New hotel , clean room, requested the morning breakfast to be sent to the room at 7.15am but did not show up. Had to call again to the in room dining. Not a good impression.

This is new hotel , room is clean , all is good . I will come again .

Brand new hotel in city, room size good and fully furnished altough not 5 stars level. Matter that half hotel is still under construction so many facilities not avalaible like pool and thats not advertised at booking time, so kind a rip off, suggest book it when finally in full service to avoid an overwhelming experience.

Hotel still not ready to recieve guests . We choose MOVENPICK Jakarta after staying at MOVENPICK Bali but were disappointed as the hotel isnt up to the mark . Starting from lack of proper English speaking staff at check in , the vibe is like a ghost town . Internet and tv not working worse is cannot use mobile data also due to lack of network in rooms . The water from shower areas floods the entire bathroom . Rooms have some or other teething issues proper points , locks etc . Calls aren’t answered on ext no’s . Staff still not well trained . Overall would suggest to stay in Pullman tamarin if wanna choose Accor brand . This hotel at best is 4 star . Pool not functioning other facilities also seem sub par .

The service crew were so friendly. The staff were very patient. They took care of my grandparents very well. I enjoyed the stay. The food is also nice. They have lots of choices and drinks are also nice. Well cleaned hotel and also nice drinks served.

Great service, great staff, confortable room. The restaurant is well and tasty. Special mention to Rosyid who is great and caring for any request. Do not hesitate to ask for him to support to ensure your stay at this hotel. The staff is kind with great manners.

It takes me a great pleasure, to be their first guest. The hotel is very lovely and he room is comfortable.
