Trip.com had the description wrong and we ended up with a small queen room. Receptionist could have paid more attention to what I was saying and offered to upgrade us for free or a charge instead of acknowledging there was an issue. Also, vanity drain hole either dirty or stained but otherwise the room was clean.

The location is on main road so it’s a bit noisy. The room is very clean and comfortable bed. Would love to return again.

Perfectly good for the price. Friendly and warm staff. Excellent location, close to shops and easy access to wine country.

Clean and comfortable, but very tired. Needs a paint to freshen it up and another light above the single bed as it is a very dark area.

There was nothing grossly wrong with this place. Everything was there and was working and it was clean. it was just old and rundown and on a very busy road. The reception guy did not understand how an ******* booking worked and badgered us to pay upfront. This was only resolved after he consulted a colleague but he spoke to them in a foreign language which was unpleasant.

I cant speak for the other rooms, but my room, the air vent in the bathroom was not working, the blind had been torn of the roller and the roller was still there but there were block out curtains, and the carpet was stained. On a positive, the bed was soft and very comfortable, the tea and coffee facilities were good, and over all, the place was clean. So I guess it equals out. The room served its purpose.

The place is basic, but has all the amenities you might need for a short stay. The staff is very pleasant and friendly and will ensure that you have a comfortable stay...
A big plus point is the proximity to restaurants which are walkable if you want to grab a quick meal...
