Absolutely great stay. Clean and stylish room, all the facilities very impressive. Rooms, very spacious and lovely interiors. Food was delicious and great value for money. Excellent hospitality shown by staff and the entire team exceeded expectations with their attentive and efficient service and set very high service standards.

Excellent property with a great view of the valley. Hotel staff is very courteous - would like to call out Deepika and Rohit for their great hospitality. One of the best property that I have visited in Dalhousie so far.

Its Amazing experience that we had during stayed at Fortune Park Hotels Dalhousie. Food quality and food are very good. Nice hospitality. Extremely good property to stay. All the staff has good taking care of the customer. Specially thanks to Mr. Abhishek, MS Deppeka, MS simran , MS Ra***adeep Kaur, MS ***na. The service is excellent. Feel pampered at every step. Staff go out of the way to ensure your stay is extra comfortable. Naveen and Deepika took care of our dinner requirements, explained the dishes and served plenty of hot water with a smile. Would definitely go back to this place for its ambience and hospitality.

Staying at ITC Fortune in Dalhousie was an absolute delight. The ambiance exuded warmth and comfort, making our stay truly enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional service, showing genuine care and attention to our needs throughout our trip. Our travel arrangements were seamless, thanks to Ankush Rana's ( ***ages travel desk of ITC fortune) expertise. A special mention to our driver, Kapil Dev, whose knowledge of the area and understanding of our preferences led us to breathtaking destinations and amazing restaurants. The culinary experience at Zodiac restaurant in ITC fortune park was equally remarkable, courtesy of Abhishek and his team, who treated us to the finest Himalayan cuisines. Overall, a memorable stay and travel thanks to the dedicated team at the hotel and travel desk.

Yes. Very nice place to Visit, Good support team and wow tastes. Thanks for overall experience. Quite good space in the restaurant too. Variety of dishes. Everything is too good. Except one or too time we got the high tea on time. Excellent memory they have over-all. Thanks for the support

Place has amazing view of snow clad peaks from their valley view rooms, also has indoor swimming pool to chill . Special mention of the restaurant staff smiling Mohit and their amazing chef Chunni Verma who specially cooked himachali dishes for us (pahadi khatta mutton , sapu sabzi , rajma madra and siddu) . Difficult to say what's the property's USP , the food or view 😀 . Best to opt for dinner buffet as no good restaurants in vicinity . Market and local waterfall is about 10-12 mins from the place. Got very good deal from Sachin ji of Indraprasta Resorts. Tips- Makes sense to check with property for combo deals directly and then check online website. Price difference is substantial. Cancellation policy is also similar to ones given by online sites.
