Taj Chandigarh is a luxury hotel near Sector 17. The toilitries are of ezcellent quality. The biggest let down was the room. Room no. 633, the furniture was rundown and old. The television 32' outdated Samsung TV. Bathroom looked old school. The Taj Chandigarh room needs to go through a makeover to stay in line with it's competitors JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency.

The property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional.
My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

If we had an issue regarding our room, it was fixed within minutes. Staff were very efficient and helpful.

Staying at the Taj always feels like home - the hospitality is unmatched. The staff at this hotel was really warm and helpful.

Fully enjoyed my stay for one night at Taj Chandigarh. Hotel was very clean and a nice size room. The breakfast buffet was superb, and I was good for the rest of the day after that.
Yogesh in travel services was particularly helpful to me, answering all my inquiries in a thorough and professional ***ner.

Spent 4 nights recently for a conference. Excellent service from reception staff Utsav, sayan and Harkaran, and bellboy Harish. Room was functional without being flashy, everything worked. Breakfast was excellent. Location very good , close to Sec 17 market.
