The hot tub jets were missing the diffusers; water shot straight up. The heated pool was cold.
Nice gal at the front desk.

Customer service was good during check in/out. Our room was dirty. The bathroom was full of hair on the floor and in the shower. The bedding was stained. The mattress was very uncomfortable. We felt the springs and woke up with back pain each morning. We never saw housekeeping or other staff on our floor. Hotel was near shopping and restaurants.

Great place for singles for family stays. Everything is clean and food is great. The best part is that they have a Starbucks as well so its great when wanting to grab a nice cup of coffee.

I chose the property because it was near my daughters house and I am a Hilton Honors member . The dining was limited and the place seemed understaffed .

Room was clean, check in was super easy! The only thing I would say is ******* as well as doubletree website stated there was a $50 deposit. When I got there it was $150. Now I am not sure if this included additional taxes that were not listed. Nonetheless, the hotel and ******* could improve on breaking down this information a little further.
