The hotel was not as close to Pai Fang Jie as we expected. Thankfully taxis were easy to book and inexpensive. Not an issue.
The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Nice touch in having 3 varieties of complimentary drinks in the lobby and music performance. Best of all, free laundry of up to 10 pieces of clothing, all washed and returned within the same day!
Surprisingly rooms did not come with a refrigerator but it was not an issue for us. We were told we could request for ice.
Front office staff and housekeeping were nice and helpful.
During our stay of 2 nights, we requested for 2 morning calls. The first call didn't happen (luckily our mobile phone alarms woke us up). The second call luckily came at 5 am sharp when it mattered as we had an early train to catch upon checking out.
Overall, we are very satisfied with this hotel and would stay here again.

Front desk customer service is good & polite, very helpful .
Location is near to tourist spot, nearby easy to get local food & convenient stall.

Convenient location, just 10 mins away from Old Town. Room is spacious and amenities are high quality. Very good deal for this price.

A small but modern hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff are busy but helpful.
Pros:-
1. Location : quite convenient to go around with easy access to DiDi taxi.
2. Nice hotel lobby with free tea, sweets and snacks.
Cons:-
1. Rooms is small. No coffee cups and its universal wall sockets are NOT functional. Should fix this problem asap.
