Our stay at 86 Cannon was perfect. The buildings and pool are beautiful, and there’s so many thoughtful touches. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Every night we crawled into bed we said how comfortable and cozy the bed was! The breakfast and wine and cheese were lovely!

This hotel was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From champagne on arrival, being shown to our room, private parking in the back for only $29 a night and a brand new pool put in last month. The room surpassed even the photos I looked at prior to booking. The shower (I’ve included a photo) was what looked to be a brick chimney and the shower was built on the side of that. It stands alone in the middle of the bathroom. The essentials like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled absolutely wonderful. I will be looking up the brand when we get home and trying to buy some. The bed linen was supreme quality and so comfortable. The breakfast was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. English style with bread made locally, a new quiche kept warm every day, plain yogurt in a glass jar with fresh granola on the side as well as berries and I can’t forget the hard boiled eggs. It was perfect! It was close to a bagel shop which we loved and also a 7-9 minute walk to King Street. I would 110% go back to this amazing hotel. Thank you to the sweetest girl at the front desk! We miss it already!

Very interesting eclectic luxury hotel experience, great attention to detail. Outstanding service! Very nice breakfast and evening wine and cheese service. Convenient location to many local attractions. We look forward to our return.

Great experience and the service was tops. Loved the breakfast and the welcoming vibe - a little out of the way from the main hustle and bustle of downtown but that ended up being a plus. Quiet rooms and the bed was just heaven - highly recommend

Charming. Friendly. So so comfortable. Thank you for having me! I was attending a wedding and your beautiful hotel kept me well rested and was my first glimpse of what a wonderful weekend it was going to be. Great location. Hang on the porch, by the pool, in your room! Easy walk to EVERYTHING!

We stayed in one of the Garden Suites. It was comfortable, spacious and felt like a home away from home. The staff was responsive and always ensuring that all your needs were met. Daily breakfast was served and it was delicious. Late afternoon charcuterie and wine was also served and was amazing with great wines. The staff’s recommendations of restaurants and activities were in point. I highly recommend staying at 86 Cannon.

My husband and I came to Charleston to celebrate our anniversary and chose 86 Cannon after reading all of the five star reviews on Trip Advisor. It did not disappoint. We stayed in a garden suite which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The morning breakfast and housekeeping service were an added bonus. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, always available to offer dining or activity suggestions. It was so much more than your typical hotel. We felt right at home and enjoyed the serenity of our spacious suite and looked forward to returning in the evening after a long day sightseeing. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfection. The location is another plus as you can walk to almost everything in Charleston.

We had an amazing stay at 86 Cannon! It is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location. We stayed in the cottage and it was gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and bikes available as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!

We couldn’t have loved our time at 86 Cannon more. The individual rooms were lovely- beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great coffee. However the common areas made our stay exceptional! The porches or piazzas with the heavenly breakfasts and 5pm wine and cheese were the perfect places for two couples to convene and relax. The pool was perfect and the little pool house was just lovely! Our innkeepers, Lizzie and Alana were personable, fun and made us feel perfectly at home and pampered! Can’t wait to return!
