Spend your time and money elsewhere. My husband and I both travel intentionally to places hit by hurricanes and try to give our business to folks who need it. We understand staffing issues post disaster are multi-year problems. We understand the need to economize, etc but Bluebeards is not worth your time or money. Beware. Mo one answers the phone and we had loud music, swearing, banging, yelling for two nights no one answers the phone, we had to walk exterior corridors on an insecure acces property to a lobby with one of its doors locked and then desk unstaffed. “Complimentary” Folgers once per week, an no- yoh cannlt exchange your decaf packs for regular. They ask you to please be mindful of towel use but when you do- for das, in good faith- they refuse to accept any towels more than once per day. So we had some new bath towels (after days) in the morning? They refused to exchange out four pool towels that afternoon when we had been using the same ones for four days! Horrible management decisions. Things are closed left and right. This is not a resort. And my final comment- as if the chintzy outdoor furniture wasn’t enough of an eye sore, they have found a lower bar with umbrellas that are falling apart. Bluebeards management you have lost a customer and any positive word of mouth we may have shared in order to save on some towels. This establishment doesn’t serve to be in business and it certainly doesn’t serve your a ation funds. Go elsewhere. Ps- no housekeeping at all. Even for a week long stay which we had. Unless we wanted to pay extra. Oh- they also do not restock toiletries, or toilet paper, unless you ask. Such a waste of what could be a beautiful property..
