Centrally located. Beautiful view in the corner room over looking the city. Staff were friendly and catering.

The property is ok. But my daughter forgot a kindle in the room, and we tried to call the hotel to see if they found it and if we can get it back. They are not reachable by phone. If you would like to make a reservation they transfer you to the agency, but if

My wife and I had a great visit. We really enjoyed the hotel although my parking pass wouldn’t let me out at the end of my visit and I had to pay $30 to get out because no one could let me out.

Very clean. Nice staff. Breakfast closes very early. A weird design to the building, noisy location as it’s in the center of town. In front of bus terminal.

Very nice stay! The elevator situation is frustrating and my coffee maker was broken but otherwise we had a great stay! Love the blackout curtains!

Ive never walked into a hotel with no concierge at the desk, then try to figure out what floor the lobby is to find no one at the front desk, no one at the nearby restaurant and no one at the bar - it was a ghost town at check in - I actually thought I had the wrong place. When I was able to track someone down, she repeated herself 3x, saw a friend of hers and talked to her over the guest in front of her, the conversation we had I thought was insincere and sent us away. The next morning, housekeeping walked in at 8am, 830am and 915....I was on a meeting. I certainly felt the pressure to leave.

Very nice rooms and Starbucks coffee in the breakfast area. Perfect for Charlotte Hornets games! Spectrum Arena is right across the street. Definitely worth the money.

Staff was very friendly! The valet parking guys were super friendly and helpful even though I self parked!

I specifically asked about valet parking when we arrived knowing that we will be leaving the next day very early. We were told any time of day valet would get our car for us. 430am - I go to valet - they guy tells us what floor its parked on and hands me the keys. We had to walk back to the same elevator we got off of - go to a different floor and SEARCH for our car as he did not tell us WHERE it was parked. He also had to track us down and give us a ticket to get out of the parking garage, Frankly I should be reimbursed the valet parking they did absolutely nothing for me.
