Excellent location, Restaurant's food was delicious, Front desk ladies were friendly, helpful and informative. Overall excellent stay!!

Good: breakfast options are great. Could improve: 1) rail-based bathroom door should be replaced with a normal door for more privacy. 2) Air conditioner/heater vents blow on sleeper and is hard to deflect. Something to think about.

Super thin walls and extremely small rooms. Breakfast was good. Had to switxh rooms because of a party next to us but the staff was helpful on switching us.

Having to pay to park is a negative however the manager did help us out with the cost. The bathrooms need updating for handicap cap users to include walk in showers in place of step over tubs. The property is clean and well manicured. I would highly recommended staying here.

We stayed after attending a concert at the Staples center. It was very convenient, only a 0.5 mile walk. Felt safe. Rooms were clean. The free breakfast in the morning was better than average. Even had gluten free UDI’s muffins for my daughter.

The cashier was very helpful, finding my room, and very courteous and polite. I recommend staying at this hotel every time I come to Charlotte.

Overall, the hotel is very clean and presentable. We had a very hard time sleeping though, as the beds were very hard and the noise from within the hotel and outside woke us up frequently.

The hotel staff from front desk, restaurant and maintenance was superior. The location was great for walking to Spectrum Center and other areas. Very impressed with hotel. Better than anticipated
