I was very disappointed that the bar was closed on Saturday evening. This would have been great information to have before I made the reservation.

Great location in South part of Charlotte. Perfect for getting two our parties and visiting friends

Great facilities, clean rooms and lounge. Excellent location. Friendly, efficient staff. Only quibble is their food/bar is supposed to be open until 10pm and they had closed up by 9:40, even though people were around.

Nice little boutique hotel. For some reason, at check in, was told I had cancelled my reservation. I had not and was able to furnish a reservation number. Got it straightened out. I would stay here again as I like the location. Excellent staff.

Did not like the dining options. All breakfast items ala- carte and way, way over priced! Ten plus dollars for a small plain coffee and a bagel. Made me think I was staying in New York City or London, not in North
Carolina. No hair dryers in the rooms, housekeepers banging on the door way too early. I visit Charlotte frequently but will be looking for other hotel acommodations on my next trip.

When we checked in they ran my credit card twice. Instead of a 20 dollar charge it was 140 dollar charge. Hopefully this will not be charged to my account since my room was already paid for.

1) one staff member for check in and any other problem that arose (see below)
2) room phone didn’t work, couldn’t call staff, had to to front desk EVERY TIME
3) I finally get to bed and put a DND sign on the door. Staff knocked anyway
4) complained about teens playing on elevator. Nothing done
5) key card would give green and would not unlock, multiple attempts before getting in.
6) same cockroach stayed in my hallway. (Even though staff was cleaning rooms as I walked by all weekend)
